芝士甘筍蛋糕 – Carrot Cake with Cheese Frosting


材料
100克 麵粉
60克 全麥麵粉
20克 麥片
1茶匙 泡打粉
1/8 茶匙 梳打粉
1/8 茶匙 鹽
1/2個 雞蛋
60毫升 鮮奶
80毫升 植物油
2湯匙 蜜糖
50克 黃糖
100克 甘筍 (磨絲)
30克 合桃肉
100克 忌廉芝士
20克 幼砂糖

做法
1.將焗爐預熱至180度約10分鐘。6吋圓型蛋糕盤掃油備用
2.將麵粉、全麥麵粉、泡打粉、梳打粉、鹽師勻,加入麥片備用
3.雞蛋打散,加入鮮奶、植物油、蜜糖、黃糖、甘筍絲拌勻
4.把 (3) 的材料加入 (2)中,用橡皮刮刀拌至粉粒消失,再拌入合桃肉,倒入蛋糕盤中,焗約35分鐘至熟透,取出放在架上待涼
5.忌廉芝士及幼砂糖打滑,塗在蛋糕面上,即可切件享用

Ingredient
100 g plain flour
60 g whole-wheat flour
20 g oats,
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt,
1/2 no egg
60 ml milk
80 ml vegetable oil
2 tbsp honey,
50 g brown sugar
100 g carrot, grated,
30 g walnut
100 g cream cheese
20 g caster sugar

Cooking Method
1.Preheat the oven to 180oC for about 10 minutes. Grease a 6 inches round baking tin.
2.Sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the oats. Set aside.
3.Beat the egg briefly. Mix with milk, vegetable oil, honey, brown sugar and grated carrot.
4.Mix (3) into (2) with spatula gently. Stir in the walnut.
5.Pour the batter into the baking tin. Bake for about 35 minutes until done. Cool for a while on a cooking rack. Beat the cream cheese and caster sugar until smooth. Spread on top of the cake. Slice and serve.

Mga Sangkap
100 gramo plain arina
60 gramo wholewheat ainar,
20 gramo oats

1/8 kutsarita baking soda,

1/2 nu itlog
60 ml gatas
80 ml mantikang gulay,
2 kutsara pulot-pukyutan
50 gramo pula na asukal
100 gramo dinurog na karot
30 gramo walnut
100 gramo kremang kesor
20 gramo caster asukal

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Painitin ang oven sa 180oc para sa 10 minutos. Lagyan ng mantika ang 6 inches bilog na baking tin.
2.Salain ang arina, baking soda, baking powder at asin. Ilagay na rin ang oats, itabi.
3.Batiin ang itlog maigi. Ihalo na ang gatas, mantikang gulay, pulot pukyutan, brown na asukal at grated karrot.
4.Ihalo ang sangkap na (3) sa (2) sa spatula dahan-dahan. Ihalo ang walnut.
5.Ibuhos ang hinalo sa baking tin. Ihurno sa loob ng 35 minutos hang-gang maluto. Palamigin sandali sa ibabaw ng cooling rack. Batiin ang kremang cheese at caster sugar hanggang maging smooth. At ibuhos sa ibabaw ng cake at ikalat. Hiwain at Ihain.

Bahan

1/8 sdt garam
1/2 nutir telur
60 ml susu
80 ml minyak sayur
2 sdm madu
40 gr gula coklat
100 gr wortel, parut
25 gr walnut
80 gr cream keju
15 gr caster sugar
1/8 sdt baking soda

Cara Memasak
1.Panaskan oven pada suhu 180oc sela-ma 10 menit. Olesi satu kaleng pang-gang dengan keliling 6 inci
2.dengan mentega.
3.Ayak tepung, baking soda dan garam. Tambahkan oat. Sisihkan.
4.kocok telur. Campur susu, minyak sayur, madu dan gula coklat dan wor-tel panut.
5.Campur (3) kedakam (2) dengan gayung dengan tenaga keras. Masukkan walnut.
6.Tang adonan kedalam kaleng pang-gang. Panggang selama 35 menit hingga matang. Dinnginkan sesaat pada rak.
7.Kocok cream keju dan caster sugar hingga halus. Tekankan diatas cake. Potong tipis-tipis dan siap untuk disajikan.
