鹹蛋蟹黃 – Sauteed Crab with Salted Egg Yolk


材料
2 隻 蟹
8 隻 鹹蛋黃
1 湯匙 牛油
少許 乾粉

做法
1.先蟹 斬分兩件﹐洗淨 抹乾淨水份﹐ 灑上少許乾粉
2.放在滾油﹐ 炸至到金黃色﹐ 撈起
3.將鹹蛋黃蒸熟﹐ 搞混成茸再用牛油炒到起泡
4.然後放蟹炒直至蛋黃起沙﹐ 上碟享用

Ingredient
2 pcs of Crab
8 pcs of salted egg yolk
1 tbsp of butter
A little bit of corn starch

Cooking Method
1.Wash and rinse crab, cut into half. Pour cornstarch.
2.Deep fry until golden brown. Set aside
3.Steam salted egg yolk and mash. Fry egg yolk with butter until bubbles come up.
4.Put crab to fry until crab is coated with Egg yolk. Serve Hot.

8 pirasong maalat na pulang itlog
1 kutsara na mantikilya

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang alimasag at hatiin. Ilubog sa arina .
2.Iprito sa mainit na mantika hanging pumula. Itabi muna.
3.Pasingawan ang pula ng maalat na itlog at durugin,.
4.Pritohin kasama ng mantikilya hanggang lumabas ang bubbles. Ihalo ang alimasag at igisa hanggang mabalotan ng pula itlog. Ihain.

Bahan
2 ekor kepiting hijau
8 butir kuning telur asin
1 sdm mentega
sedikit tepung sagu

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci Kepiting dan potong menjadi dua.
2.Kemudian lumuri dengan sedikit tepung dan goring denga minyak banyak hingga coklat keemasan, Sisihkan
3.Tim KUning telur asin dan hancurkan.
4.Gunakan metega untuk menggoreng kuning telur asin hingga berbuih.
5.Kemudian masukkan kembali kepiting dan goring hingga kepiting terbungkus kuning telur asin
