海鮮串燒 – Assorted Seafood Skewer


材料
2隻大蝦
2隻帶子
2隻青蠔
60克紅椒
60克青椒
1茶匙洋蔥碎
1茶匙蒜茸

汁料:
1/2杯燒汁
少許黑胡椒碎
少許拔蘭地

醃料
少許胡椒粉
少許鹽
少許美式迎辣椒粉

做法
1.將大蝦由背部剖開剔去蝦腸,洗淨抹乾水份。青、紅椒去籽切方塊
2.將海鮮與青、紅椒間隔用串肉針穿起。塗上醃料,放入扒爐燒燻 10分鐘至材料熟,期間要不斷翻轉
3.爆香洋蔥碎、蒜茸,加入汁料煮勻,即可伴以串燒海鮮共食

Ingredient

2 pieces scallop
2 pieces oysters
60 g green bell pepper
60 g red bell pepper
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped garlic

Seasoning
Sauce:
1/2 cup gravy
Some ground black pepper
Some brandy

Marinade
Some Pepper
Some Salt
Some Cajun Spices

Cooking Method
1.Remove the intestine of the prawn. Rinse and absorb the water. Remove the seeds of green and red bell pepper. Cut into pieces.
2.Skewer all the seafood and put green and red bell pepper in between. Then, brush on the marinade and mesquite grilling for 10 minutes until done. Have to turn it around during grilling.
3.Sautee the chopped onion, garlic and sauce ingredients. To serve with the skewers.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Alisin ang bituka ng ulang. Hugasan at ipasipsip ang tubig. Alisin ang buto ng pula at berdeng sili. Hiwain ng ilang piraso.
2.Tuhugin ang lahat na mga pagkaing dagat at ilagay ang pula at berdeng sili sa gitna. Tapos, pahiran ng pambabad at legumbre ihawin ng 10 minutos hanggang maluto. Ikutin habang iniihaw.
3.lgisa ang tinadtad na sibuyas, bawang at sangkap ng sarsa. Ihain na may pangtuhog.

Bahan
2 udang besar
2 scallop
2 tiram
60 gr paprika hijau
60 gr paprika merah
1 sdt bawang bombai cincang
1 sdt bawang putih cincang

Bumbu-Bumbu
Saus:
1/2 gls gravy
Lada hitam secukupnya
Brandy arak secukupnya

Lada secukupnya
Gara secukupnya
Cabe bubuk secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Bersihkan lender udang. Cuci dan peras. Buang biji paprika. Potong.
2.Tusuk semua sesfood dan letakkan paprika berselang-seling. Kemudian oleskan bumbu-bumbu dan panggang selama 10 menit hingga matang. Bolak-balik selama memanggangnya.
3.Tumis bawang bombai, bawang putih dan bahan saus. Untuk disajikan.
