味噌蜆肉飯 – Miso and Clam Rice


材料
50克 蜆肉
25克 荷蘭豆
1碗 白飯
2湯匙 白味噌

調味料
2湯匙 日本醬油
2湯匙 味噌
1湯匙 砂糖
1茶匙 薑汁

做法
1.將蜆肉洗淨,飛水,撈起,待用
2.將調味料拌勻,以慢火煮至砂糖溶化,加入白味噌拌勻,加入蜆肉及荷蘭豆煮至熟,放上飯面食用便可

Ingredient
50g clam meat
25g snow bean
1 bowl Japanese rice
2 tbsp white miso

Seasoning
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp ginger juice

Cooking Method
1.Rinse the clam meat and poach in water. Drain and remove.
2.Mix the seasonings and cook until the sugar melt. Then, add in white miso, clam meat and snow bean until cooked. Pour it onto the rice and ready to serve.

Mga Sangkap
50 grama laman ng tulya
25 gramo snow beans
1 tasa Hapanese na bigas
2 kutsara puting miso

Panimpla
2 kutsara Japanese na toyo
2 kutsara alak na mirin
1 kutsara asukal
1 kutsara katas ng luya

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang tulya at banlian sa tubig. Patiktikin ito at alisin.
2.Ihalo ang panimpla at lutuin ito hanging matumaw ang asukal. Pagkatapos ihalo ang puting miso, tulya at kaunting dahon ng sibuyas. Ibuhos ito sa ibabaw ng kanin at Ihain.

Bahan
50 gr daging kerang
25 gr kacang holand
1 mangkok nasi Jepang
2 sdm miso putih

Bumbu-Bumbu
2 sdm kacap asin Jeang
2 sdm mirin
1 sdm gula
1 sdt air jahe

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci kerang dan rebus dengan air. Angkat dan tiriskan.
2.Campur bahan bumbu dan masak hing-ga gula meleleh. Kemudian, masukkan miso, daging kerang dan daun bawang. Tuang diatas nasi dan siap untuk disajikan.
