魚籽醬薯餅 – Caviar Potato Cake


材料
1/4隻切絲薯仔
1/2個蛋黃
30克切粒煙三文魚
1隻熟雞蛋
15克魚籽醬
少許洋荵粒
少許濃忌廉

少許白胡椒粉

做法
1.將薯仔加蛋黃及鹽攪拌, 做成圓形薯餅. 用中火炸至金黃色, 瀝油
2.將熟蛋去殼, 切碎, 加入洋荵粒,忌廉及調味料拌勻
3.將薯餅放在碟上, 然後伴上三文魚粒, 忌廉醬及灑上魚籽醬, 享用

Ingredient
1/4 pc of shredded potato
1/2 pc of egg yolk
30 g diced smoked salmon
1 pc of poached egg
15 g caviar
some diced onions
some clotted cream

Seasoning
Some salt
some white pepper

Cooking Method
1.Mixed shredded potato with salt and egg yolk and make it to round shape potato cake. Deep fry until golden brown
2.Peel poached egg and mashed. Mix it with diced onions, cream and seasonings
3.Put potato cake on plate and top it with smoked salmon, onion dressing and caviar. Serve as Appetizer

Mga Sangkap
1/4 piraso ginayat na patatas
1/2 pula ng itlog
30 g nahiwang salmon
1 nilagang itlog
15 gramo caviar
kaunting ginayat na sibuyas
kaunting clotted krema

Panimpla
Kaunting asin
kaunting puti paminta

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihalo ang patatas, pula ng itlog at kaunting asin. Gumawa ng bilog na patatas keyk. Iprito-lubong hanggang maluto at maging ginto ang kulay.
2.Balatan ang nilagang itlog at durugin. Ihalo ang ng sibuyas, krema at panimpla.
3.Ilagay ang patatas keyk sa plato at ilagay ang krema, salmon at caviar sa ibabaw at ihain.

Bahan
1/4 batang kentang
1/2 butir kuning telur
30 gr salmon asap cincang
1 butir telur rebus
sedikit bawang bombai cincang
sedikit clotted cream
15 gr telur ikan

Bumbu-Bumbu
Secukupnya garam
secukupnya lada putih

Cara Memasak
1.Campur kentang dengan kuning telur dan garam. Kemudain membuat kue kentang. Goreng hingga kunbing kecoklatan
2.Kupas kulit telur rebus dan hasluskan. Kemudian campur sedikit telur dengan bawang bombai, clotted cream dan bumbu-bumbu.
3.Kue kentang kedamam campur cream, salmon dan telur ikan. Disajikan
