芥末帶子鮮蝦 – Fry Scallop and Shrimp in Mustard Sauce


材料
6隻 帶子
6隻 鮮蝦
1湯匙 蒜茸
1湯匙 芥末
2湯匙 牛油
2湯匙 白酒

少許鹽
少許胡椒粉
少許生粉

做法
1.將鮮蝦去殼留尾,挑腸,洗淨,帶子洗淨,抹乾水份加入醃料拌勻
2.用少許橄欖油起鑊,將帶子和鮮蝦將兩面煎熟至金黃色上碟,備用
3.再燒熱1湯匙牛油,放入蒜茸炒香,加入芥末和白酒拌勻,淋於帶子和鮮蝦面即可供食

Ingredient
6 pcs scallop
6 pcs shrimp
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp white wine

Marinade
Some Salt,
Some Pepper
Some Corn Starch

Cooking Method
1.Remove the shell and intestine of the shrimp and leave the tail and rinse. Rinse the scallop and absorb the water. Marinate it with marinade.
2.Pan-fry the shrimp and scallop with olive oil until both sides golden brown. Set aside.
3.Heat 1 tbsp butter to sautee the garlic. Then, add mustard and white wine. Pour onto the scallop and shrimp. Ready to serve.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Balatan at alisin ang bituka ng hipon pero iwanan ang ulo at buntot at hugasan. Hugasan ang kabebe at ipasipsip ang tubig. Ibabad sa pambabad.
2.Iprito ang hipon at kabibi sa olive oil hanggang maging ginintuang kayumanggi ang magkabilaan. Itabi.
3.Mag init ng 1 kutsarang mantikilya. Para igisa ang bawang. Tapos, idagdag ang mustasa at puting alak. Ibuhos sa kabebe at hipon. Handa ng ihain.

Bahan
2 biji scallop
6 biji udang
1 sdm bawang putih
1 sdm mustard
2 sdm mentega
2 sdm arak putih

Bumbu
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya Lada
Secukupnya tepung sagu

Cara Memasak
1.Kupas udang dengan menyisakan ekor dan cuci ihingga bersih. Cuci scallop dan serap airnya. Campur derngan bumbu-bumbu.
2.Goreng dang dan scallop dengan sedilit minyak zaitun hingga kedua sisi kuning. Sisihkan.
3.Panaskan 1 sdm mentega untuk menumis bawang putih. Kemudian masukkan mustard dan arak putih. Tang diatas scallop dan udang . Siap untuk disajikan.
