豆腐三文魚卷 – Tofu in Salmon Roll


材料
1磚豆腐
3 片三文魚
2隻雞蛋
1 杯麵飽糖

調味料
1/3 茶匙鹽
少許胡椒粉
少許酒

做法
1.將三文魚洗淨切一半, 加入調味料拌勻.
2.將豆腐洗淨, 切長條形.
3.將豆腐放在三文魚上, 然後卷起.
4.將雞蛋散, 加入麵飽糖拌勻. 將三文魚卷蘸上蛋漿.
5.燒熱適量油, 將三文魚卷炸至熟透. 可伴沙律醬共食

Ingredient
1 Cube of Tofu
3 slices of Salmon Fillet
2 pcs of egg
1 cup of bread crumbs

Seasoning
1/3 tsp of salt
Some pepper
Some cooking wine

Cooking Method
1.Rinse fillet and cut into half, mix in seasonings.
2.Rinse Tofu and cut into long strips
3.Put 1 strip of tofu in the middle of Salmon fillet and roll up.
4.Beat Eggs and mix with breadcrumbs. Dip salmon fillet roll into egg mixture
5.Heart some oil and deep fry sole fillet until cooked. Serve with Mayonnaise.

Mga Sangkap
1 buong tofu
3 hiwa ng Salmon fillet
2 pirasong itlog
1 tasang Polbo ng Tinapay

Panimpla
1/3 kutsaritang asin
kaunting paminta
kaunting alak pangluto

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang salmon fillet at ihiwa ng kalahati. Ihalo ang panimpla at itabi.
2.Hugasan ang tofu at ihiwa ng pahaba
3.Ilagay ang isang panghaba ng tofu sa ibabaw ng salmon fillet at irolyo.
4.Batiin ang itlog at ihalo ang polbo ng tinapay. Ilagay ang nirolyong salmon sa itlog.
5.Iprito lubong ang nirolyong slamon na may itlog hanggang maluto. Ihain kasama ng mayonnaise.

Bahan
1 buah tahu
3 potong Salmon Ikan
2 btr telur
1 gls remah roti

Bumbu-Bumbu
1/2 sdt garam
sedikit lada
sedikit masakan arak

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci salmon ikan dan potong separuh, Campuran bumbu-bumbu.
2.Cuci tahu dan potong membujur
3.Menanamkan tahu kurang lebi salmon fillet dan menggulung.
4.Pukuklan telur dan campuran remah roti. Campur gulung salmon dan telur campuran.
5.Panaskan minyak, dalam penggorengan hingga juru masak. Disajikan dan mayonnaise.
