香煎三文魚伴牛油果汁 – Pan Fried Salmon in Avocado Sauce


材料
6片 三文魚柳
2 1/2湯匙 青檸汁
1/2湯匙 豉油
少許 黑胡椒
1茶匙 蒜茸

汁料:
60克 牛油果
60克 乳酪
85毫升 橙汁
1茶匙 青檸汁
1茶匙 蒜茸
1茶匙 黑胡椒碎
1湯匙 蜜糖
1茶匙 喼汁

做法
1.將所有牛油果汁材料放入攪拌機中攪成茸
2.將三文魚混和青檸汁豉油、黑胡椒、蒜茸拌勻,醃約30分鐘
3.將三文魚兩面煎熟,上碟,淋上牛油果汁

Ingredient

2 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Dash of black pepper ground
1 tsp garlic minced

Seasoning
Sauce Ingredients
60 g avocado ripe pitted
60 g yogurt
85 ml orange juice
1 tsp lime juice
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp black pepper ground
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Method
1.Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth.
2.Marinade salmon with, lime juice, soy sauce, black pepper and garlic for 30 minutes
3.Pan-fry salmon in olive oil until both sides turn golden brown. Put on a dish and pour in sauce dressing to serve.

Mga Sangkap
6 piraso na salmon fillet
2 1/2 kutsarang katas ng lime
1/2 kutsara toyo
Kaunting pamintang itim
1 kutsarita dinikdik na bawang

Panimpla
Mga Sangkap ng Abokado Sarsa:
60 gramo hinog na abokado
60 gramo yogurt 85 ml katas ng grange
1 kutsarita katas ng lime
1 clove na bawang dinikdik
1 kutsarita itim na paminta ground
1 kutsara pulot pukyutan
1 kutsa rita worcestershire sauce

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Sa Blender, i-blend ang mga sangkap ng avocado dressing hang-gang sa pinong –pino.
2.Sa maliit na mangkok, ihalo ang salmon, katas ng lime. Toyo, itim na paminta, at bawang, haluin maigi. Ibabad ng 30 minutos.
3.Iprito ang salmon, hang-gang maluto ang parehong kabila. Ihain kasama ng abokado dressing.

Bahan
6 lember salmon fillet
2 1/2 sdm air perasan jeruk nipis
1/2 sdm kecap asin
Secukupnya lada hitam
1 sdm bawang putih cincang

Bumbu-Bumbu
Bahan saus:
60 gr avokat tanpa biji
60 gr yogurt
85 gr jus jeruk
1 sdt air jeruk nipis
1 sdt lada hitam
1 siung bawang putih cincang
1 sdm madu
1 sdt saus Worcestershire

Cara Memasak
1.Dalam sebuah blender, blender semua bahan avokat dressing hingga halus.
2.Dalam mangkok kecil, campur salmon, jeruk nipis, kecap asin, lada hitam dan bawang putih jadi satu dan biarkan meresap selama 30 menit.
3.Dalam Pan anto lengket, goring ijan salmon dengan sedikit minyak hingga matang kedua sisnya. Sajikan dan saus.
