芒果鮪魚他他 – Mango Maguro Tartar


材料
2磅 吞拿魚
2杯芒果肉

100克 芫碎茜
20克 乾蔥碎
20克 蒜蓉碎
少許 鹽
少許胡椒
16湯匙 黃糖

做法
1.將醃料拌勻。把吞拿魚放在調味料中醃12小時
2.將吞拿魚及芒果肉伴勻, 可伴沙律菜享用.

Ingredient
2 lbs maguro (tuna)
2 cups of mango meat

Marinade
100 g chopped coriander
20 g fine diced shallot
20 g fine diced garlic
16 tbsp brown sugar
Some Salt
Some Pepper

Cooking Method
1.Mix all marinate and soak maguro for 12 hours.
2.After soaking, mix maguro with mango meat and can serve with salad vegetables.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihalo ang pambabad at ibabad ang maguro ng 12 oras.
2.Ihalo ang binabad na maguro sa mangga, pwede ihain kasama ng kaunting gulay ng ensalada.

Bahan
2 lb maguro
2 cangkir mangga

Bumbu
100 gr daun ketumbar potong lembut
20 gr bawang merah, iris tipis
20 gr bawang putih, iris tipis
16 sdm gula merah
Garam Secukupnya
Lada Hitam secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Masukkan bumbu-bumbu, rendam maguro dalam 12 jam.
2.Masukkan maguro dan mangga, disajikan sedikit mixed lettuce.
