香蕉椰絲卷


材料
80克麵粉
1湯匙糖
1/4茶匙鹽
250毫升鮮奶
2個雞蛋
1/2茶匙班蘭香油
1湯匙植物油

餡料:
120毫升椰汁
40克椰絲
25克椰糖
2隻香蕉(切段)
2湯匙白芝麻

做法
1.將椰汁、椰絲、椰糖同煮至稠,加入白芝麻拌勻。
2.將麵粉、糖、鹽篩勻;鮮奶、雞蛋混合備用。
3.鮮奶料慢慢加入粉料中,拌至混合,再下班蘭香油、植物油拌勻。
4.燒熱煎鍋,塗些植物油,倒入少許麵糊,煎成薄餅,捲入餡料及香蕉享用。

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Seasoning
Fillings:
120ml coconut milk
40g desiccated coconut
25g palm sugar
2 bananas, sectioned
2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Cooking Method
1.Cook the coconut milk, desiccated coconut and palm sugar until thicken. Add the sesame.
2.Sieve well the flour, sugar and salt. Mix the milk and egg.
3.Add the milk mixture into the flour gradually and mix well. Add the pandan essence and vegetable oil.
4.Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Add some vegetable oil and fry over medium low heat to make pancake. Top with fillings, banana and roll it up to serve.

Mga Sangkap
80 gramo plain arina
1 kutsara asukal
1/4 kutsaita asin
250ml gatas
2 itlog
1/2 kutsarita pandan pampabango
1 kutsara gulay mantika

Panimpla
Palaman:
120ml katas ng niyog
40 gramo desiccated niyog
25 gramo palm asukal
2 pinutol-putol na saging
2 kutsara putting buto ng linga

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Iluto ang katas ng niyog, niyog at palm asukal hanggang malapot. At saka isunod na ilagay ang putting linga.
2.Salain maigi ang arina, asukal at asin. Paghaluin ang gatas at itlog.
3.Idagdag ang hinalong gatas sa arina at paghaluin ng maigi. Idagdag ang pandan pampabango at ang gulay mantika.
4.Painintin ang kawali na may mantika. Pahiran ng kaunting mantika at saka iprito sa mahinang apoy para gumawa ng pancake. Ilagay ang palaman, saging at saka irolyo para ihain.

Bahan
80 gr terigu
1 sdm gula
1/4 sdt garam
250 gr susu
2 telur
1/2 sdt prambos pandan
1 sdm minyak sayur

Bumbu-Bumbu
Isi:
120ml santan
30 gr kelapa parut kering
25 gr gula kelapa
2 pisang, potong serong
2 sdm biji wijen putih

Cara Memasak
1.Masak santan, kelapa dan gula hingga kental. Masukkan wijen.
2.Ayak tepung, gula dan garam. Campur susu dan telur.
3.Masukkan adonan susu kedalam tepung secara bertahap dan aduk rata. Masukkan prambos pandan dan minyak sayur.
4.Panaskan wajan dengan minyak sayur. Masukkan sedikit adonan dan goreng diatas api sedang untuk membuat pancake. Letakkan isi, pisang diatasnya dan gulung.
