豆卜釀鯪魚肉 – Dried Bean Curd with Carp Meat


材料
1斤豆卜
1/2斤鯪魚肉

調味料
2茶匙 芥末

做法
1.將鯪魚肉拌勻芥末;豆卜洗淨,剪開頂部,將內裡白色部分反出,釀入鯪魚肉
2.燒熱2杯油,待油微暖後,下鯪魚豆卜炸至熟,瀝乾油份,即可享用

Ingredient
600g Dried bean curd ball
300g Mud carp meat

Seasoning
2 tsp Mustard

Cooking Method
1.Add mustard in mud carp meat, mix well. Rinse dried bean curd ball. Cut a little hole on top, invert the white tofu inside and fill in with mud carp meat.
2.Heat wok with 2 cups of oil, add in bean curd ball s when oil warm up, and deep fry till cooked. Drain the excess oil and serve.

Mga Sangkap
600 gramo Tuyong bola-bolang tokwa
300 gramo Laman ng mud carp

Panimpla
2 kutsara Mustard

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihalo ang mustard sa laman ng mud carp. Hugasan ang tokwa. Gupitin ng butas sa ibabaw ng tokwa at palamanan ito ng laman ng carp.
2.Magpainit ng 2 tasang mantika, iprito ang tokwa pag uminit ang mantika hanggang maluto. Hanguin ang natirang mantika at ihain.

Bahan
600 gr Bakso tahu kering
300gr Daging ikan mujair

Bumbu-Bumbu
2 sdt Mostar

Cara Memasak
1.Masukkan mostar kedalam daging ikan. Cuci bakso tahu kering. Gunakan pisau untuk membuat lubang kecil pada bakso tahu kering dan keluarkan tahu putih didalam dan isi dengan dagig ikan sebagai pengganti.
2.Panaskan masukkan dengan 2 gls minyak, setelah minyak panas, masukkan bakso tahu goreng kering yang telah diisi daging ikan dan goreng hingga matang. Tiriskan dan sajikan.
