香蒜辣蝦 – Chili Garlic Prawns


材料
1斤中蝦
1個蒜頭
2隻辣椒
1/2隻蛋黃

2湯匙沙律醬
2茶匙茄醬
1荼匙煉奶

做法
1.將蝦洗淨,去殼留尾,剔腸,並均勻蘸上蛋黃,備用
2.將蒜頭切蓉;辣椒切粒. 燒熱1茶匙油,爆香蒜蓉及辣椒,加入蝦至金黃色,下調味料炒勻

Ingredient
600g Prawn
1pc Garlic
2pcs Red chili
1/2pc Egg yolk

Seasoning
2 tbsp Salad dressing
2 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp Condensed milk

Cooking Method
1.Rinse prawns, remove shells and intestines, leave tails. Coat prawns with egg yolk. Set aside.
2.Peel garlic and mash. Diced chili. Heat wok with 1 tsp of oil. Add in garlic mash and red chili, add in prawns and fry until golden brown, mixed in seasonings and fry evenly.

Mga Sangkap
600gramo sugpo
1 piraso Bawang
2 piraso Pulang sili
1/2 piraso Pula ng itlog

Panimpla
2 kutsara Salad
2 kutsarita Tomato Paste
1 kutsarita Malabnaw na gatas

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan, balatan at tanggalin ang bituka ng sugpo, itira ang buntot. Ipagulong ito sa pula ng itlog. Itabi
2.Igisa ang dinurog na bawang at dice na sili sa 1 kutsaritang mantika, iprito ang sugpo hanggang madilaw. Ihalo ang panimpla at ihalo mabuti.

Bahan
600gr Udang
1 siung Bawang putih
2 biji Cabe
1/2 butir Kuning telur

Bumbu-Bumbu
2 sdm Salad
2 sdt Pasta tomat
1 sdt Susu asap (susu bungo)

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci udang, kupas dan bersihkan kotoran dalam tubuh udang, tinggalkan ekor udang utuh. Celupkan udang kedalam kuning telur. Sisihkan.
2.Kupas bawang putih dan memarkan. Potong lembut cabe. Panaskan wajan dengan 1 sdt minyak. Masukkan bawang putih dan cabe dan masukkan udang dan goreng hingga berubah kuning kecoklatan. Masukkan bumbu kedalam. Sajikan
