紅椒炒龍蝦肉 – Fried Lobster Meat in Red Pepper


材料
1/2隻龍蝦
6粒鮮帶子
1條 青瓜
1個紅椒
少許西芹

做法
1.將龍蝦起肉,洗淨,瀝水後泡油,待用。鮮帶子洗淨,放入滾水中略滾後,熄火浸約1分鐘,瀝水待用。將青瓜, 紅椒及西芹, 洗凈切塊.
2.在少許橄欖油爆香青瓜、紅、西芹,放入龍蝦肉及帶子,加調味料炒勻,加少許粟粉水埋獻,灒酒炒勻,上碟

Ingredient
1/2pc lobster
6 pcs scallop
1 pc cucumber
1 pc red bell pepper
Some Celery

Seasoning
Some salt
Some sesame oil

Cooking Method
1.Remove the meat from the lobster shell and rinse. Then, fry with oil. Drain and set aside. Rinse the scallop and poach in water for 1 minute. Drain and remove. Rinse Cucumber, Red Pepper and Celery and cut into small slices.
2.Heat some olive oil to fry the cucumber, red pepper and celery. Add in lobster and scallop. Add in seasonings and thicken the sauce with corn starch. Sprinkle with some wine and serve.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Alisin ang laman ng ulang at hugasan. Tapos, iprito sa mantika at itabi. Hugasan ang kabibi at pakuluan sa tubig ng isang minuto. Alisin. Hugasan ang pipino, pulang sili at celery at hiwain ng maliit na piraso.
2.Initin ang kaunting olive oil at iprito ang pipino, pulang sili at celery. Tapos, idagdag ang ulang at kabibi. Idagdag ang panimpla at palaputin ang sarsa ng arinang mais, Wisikan ng kaunting alak at ihanda.

Bahan
1/2 ekor lobster
6 biji scallop
1 ketimun
1 biji paprika merah
sedikit seledri

Bumbu-Bumbu
Garam Secukupnya
Minyak wijen secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Angkat daging lobster dan cuci. Kemudian goreng dengan minyak. Tiriskan dan sisihkan. Cuci scallop dan rebus dengan air selama 1 menit. Angkat dan tiriskan. Cuci ketimun paprika dan seledri, potong tipis-tipis.
2.Panaskan sedikit minyak zaitun untuk menggoreng ketimun, paprika dan seledri. Kemudian masukkan lobster dan scallop. Masukkan bumbu-bumbu dan kentalkan saus dengan air tepung sagu. Taburi dengan sedikit arak dan siap untuk disajikan.
