酸甜鮮魷 – Sweet and Sour Cuttlefish


材料
200克鮮魷
1粒乾蔥頭

4湯匙茄汁
2湯匙喼汁
1湯匙鎮江香醋
2湯匙糖
1/2茶匙鹽
1/2杯清水
少許麻油

做法
1.先將鮮魷洗淨,吸乾水份;乾蔥頭切薄片;調味料拌勻備用
2.燒熱1湯匙橄欖油,爆香乾蔥頭,加入鮮魷及調味料略炒,煮2分鐘,即成

Ingredient
15pcs of Cuttlefish
1pc shallot

Seasoning
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Chinkiang vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
a dash of sesame oil

Cooking Method
1.Wash and rinse cuttlefish; finely slice the shallot; mix well the seasonings.
2.Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil to sauté shallots, add in cuttlefish and seasonings and cook for 2 minutes and serve.

Mga Sangkap
15 pirasong Pusit
1 pirasong sibuyas tagalog

Panimpla
4 kutsaritang ketchup
2 kutsaritang Worcestershire sarsa
1 kutsarang chinikiang vinegar
2 kutsarang asukal
1/2 kutsaritang asin
kauting sesame oil
1/2 tasang tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang pusit at itabi. Hiwain ng pinong pino ang sibuyas tagalong. Ihalo maigi ang mga panimpla.
2.Igisa ang sibuyas tagalog sa 1 kutsarang mantikang mani, ihalo ang pusit at panimpla. Lutuin ng 2 minuto at ihain.

Bahan
15 ekor daging Cumi Cumi
1 siung bawang merah

Bumbu-Bumbu
4 sdm saus tomat
2 sdt saus Worcestershire
1 sdm arak cuka chinkiang
2 sdm gula
1/2 sdt garam 1/2 gls air
sedikit minyak wijen

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci cumi cumi. Iris bawang merah tipis-tipis; campur bumbu-bumbu.
2.Panaskan wajan 1 sdm minyak zaitun, masukkan bawang merah, cumi-cumi dengan bumbu-bumbu, goreng 2 menit. Sajikan.
