蒸枝竹魚蓉卷 – Dried Beancurd and Fish Wrap


材料
1-2張腐竹皮
6 兩鯉魚蓉

調味料
1/4 茶匙鹽
少許胡椒粉

做法
1.將鯉魚蓉加入調味料拌勻
2.將腐竹皮剪至長形,然後放入1湯匙鯉魚蓉, 捲好.
3.將所有捲好後,放在碟上,隔水蒸約20至25分鐘.

Ingredient
1-2 pieces of dried beancurd wrap
6 taels of mud carp meat

Seasoning
1/4 tsp of salt
some pepper

Cooking Method
1.Mix Mud carp meat with seasonings.
2.Cut Dried bean curd wrap in rectangular shape, then put in 1 tbsp of mud carp meat and wrap properly.
3.Wrap all, and put on a steaming plate, steam for 20-25 minutes. Serve

Mga Sangkap
1-2 pirasong tuyong tokwa na pangbalot
6 taels ng laman ng mud carp

Panimpla
1/4 kutsaritang asin
kaunting paminta

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihalo ang laman ng mud carp sa mga panimpla.
2.Hiwain ang tuyong tokwa ng parihaba na sukat. Lagyan ng 1 kutsarang laman ng mud carp at balutin at irolyo.
3.Ilagay ang mga rolyo sa pinggan at pasingawan ng 20-25 minuto

Bahan
1-2 potong kulit kembang tahu kering
6 taels daging ikan giling

Bumbu-Bumbu
1/4 sdt garam
sedikit lada

Cara Memasak
1.Campur daging ikan dengan bumbu-bumbu.
2.Potong kembang tahu dengan bentuk persegi, kemudian masukkan 1 sdm daging ikan dan bungkus dengan rapi.
3.Letakkan semua bunkusan dalam piring dan tim selama 20-25 menit.
