橙蜜炒魚塊 – Fish Fillet in Orange Sauce


材料
1/2斤石班
200克即食蘆薈
2個橙

1/2茶匙鹽
少許胡椒粉

做法
1.將石班去皮,起肉,切塊,然後加鹽及胡椒粉醃約10分鐘. 橙去皮,切件, 將蘆薈隔去糖水,留一半的糖水備用
2.燒熱鑊,下2茶匙油,下石班塊炒熟,然後加入糖水煮, 最後放入橙肉及蘆薈兜勻,上碟.

Ingredient
1/2 Catty of Garoupa
200g of Instant Aloe
2 pcs of Orange

Marinade
1/2 tsp of Salt
A Pinch of Pepper

Cooking Method
1.Remove skin from garoupa, cut fish meat, marinade with salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Peel Orange and slice in pieces. Pour out sweetened water from instant aloe and leave 1/2 for use.
2.Heat 1/2 tsp of oil, fry garoupa fillet until cooked, add in sweetened water and bring it to boil. Finally add in Aloe and Orange, stir well. Serve.

Mga Sangkap
1/2 Catty ng Garoupa Isda
200gramo ng Instant Aloe
2 pirasong Dalandan

Pambabad
1/4 kutsaritang Asin
Kaunting Paminta

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Tanggalin ang balat ng isda at hiwain. Ibabad sa asin at paminta ng 10 minuto. Balatan ang Dalandan at hiwain. Ihiwalay ang matamis na juice ng instant aloe at itabi ang 1/2 mangkok.
2.Iprito ang isda sa 1/2 kutsaritang mantika hanggang maluto, ihalo ang matamis na juice hanggang makulo. Ilagay ang aloe at dalandan, haluin mabuti. Ihain.

Bahan
1/2 catty daging ikan garoupa
2—gr lidah buaya instant
2 buah jeruk Sunkist

Bumbu
1/4 sdt garam
sedikit lada

Cara Memasak
1.Buang kulit ikan, potong daging ikan dan iris tipis-tipis berbentuk fillet. Tambahkan garam dan lada dan biarkan meresap selama 10 menit. Kupas jeruk dan iris tipis. Tuang sirup dari lidah buaya instant, simpan 1/2 mangkok untuk digunakan lagi.
2.Panaskan wajan, tambahkan 2 sdt minyak, goring fillet ikan hingga matang, tambahkan air sirup dan didihkan. Terkahir masukkan jeruk Sunkist dan lidah buaya aduk rata. Sajikan.
