銀鱈魚卷 – Cod Fillet Wrap


材料
5安士銀鱈魚柳
10個馬鈴薯
1湯匙鮮蕃茄醬
適量鹽
適量胡椒粉

做法
1.將馬鈴薯切成薄片放在碟上
2.將銀鱈魚洗淨, 然後放上約12片薯片上, 加蕃茄醬在魚上, 用鹽及胡椒粉調味.
3.捲起薯片, 把銀鱈魚卷在中央.
4.熱鑊加橄欖油, 將魚卷用中火煎至金黃色.
5.然後放入焗爐焗約5分鍾, 即成.

Ingredient
5 oz of Cod fish fillet
10 pcs of potatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
Dash of Salt
Dash of Pepper

Cooking Method
1.Slice potatoes into slices, put on a flat working bard.
2.Rinse and place on codfish on top of slices, pour in tomato sauce and season with dash of salt and pepper.
3.Roll up potato slices with codfish in the middle.
4.Heat olive oil and pan-fry cod fish till golden brown.
5.Cooked in oven for 5 minutes or until cod fish cooked.

Mga Sangkap

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihiwa ang patatas ng manipis nipis at ilagay sa plato.
2.Hugasan ang isda at ilagay sa ibabaw ng lapad ng patatas. Paibabawan ng sarsang kamatis at asin at paminta.
3.Balumbunin ang isda.
4.Initin ang olive oil at iprito ang rolyo ng magging gintuang kayumanggi.
5.Ilagay sa hurno at painitin ng 5 minuto or hanggang maluto ang isda.

Bahan
5 oz ikan kod
10 kentang iris tipis
1 sdm saus tomat
Garam secukupnya
Lada secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Letakkan kentang pada papan datar dan buat lapisan dengan ukuran 10X4 inch
2.Letakkan ikan kod diatas lapisan kentang. Kemudian diatasnya dengan saus tomat. Dan bumbui diatasnya
3.Gulung Ikan
4.Panaskan sedikit minyak zaitun untuk menggoreng ikan gulung dengan panas sedang, hingga kuning kecoklatan.
5.Masukkan kedalam oven dengan panggang selama 5 menit.
