薑蔥炆雞翼 – Chicken Wings with Ginger


材料
450克 雞翼
40克薑
40克蔥
3-4粒蒜頭
6-8粒乾蔥頭
1隻辣椒

調味料
1湯匙老抽
1 湯匙糖
1/2 茶匙鹽
1/3 杯清水

醃料
1 茶匙 鹽
2 茶匙薑汁酒
2茶匙糖
1 茶匙生粉
1 湯匙油

做法
1.將雞翼解凍﹐用少許鹽略刷﹐ 沖洗乾淨﹐ 抹乾
2.醃料拌勻﹐加入雞翼拌勻醃1-2小時
3.將薑去皮,切厚片﹐蔥切段 蒜頭和乾蔥頭去根拍扁﹐辣椒去籽﹐切片.
4.燒油3 湯匙﹐ 飽香所有香料﹐ 倒入雞翼﹐灒酒﹐ 蓋鑊蓋﹐ 轉中慢火焗煮15-20分鐘﹐ 再加入調味料和蔥段﹐至雞熟透

Ingredient
450 g Chicken Wings
40 g ginger
10 g onion
3-4 pcs of garlics
6-8 spring onions
1 pc of red chili

Seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup of water

Marinade
1 tbsp of dark soy sauce
2 tsp of ginger wine
2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp oil

Cooking Method
1.Brush Chicken Wings with salt and rinse
2.Marinade chicken wings for 1-2 hours
3.Peel Ginger and onion and cut into slices. Cut Spring Onions. Flatten Garlics, seed the chili and slice.
4.Heat 3 tbsp of oil, sautee onions and ginger, add in chicken wing, add in dash of cooking wine. Cover and cooked in medium heat for 15-20 minutes, add in seasonings, cook until chicken wings are cooked.

Mga Sangkap
450 g Pak Pak ng Manok
40 g luya
10 g bombai
3-4 pirasong sibuyas
6-8 pirasong dahon ng bombai
1 pirasong pulang sili

Panimpla
1 kutsarang itim na toyo
1 kutsarang asukal
1/2 kutsaritang asin
1/3 basong tubig

Pambabad
1 kutsaritang asin
2 kutsaritang alak na luya
2 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsaritang arina
1 kutsaritang mantika

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang pak pak ng manok kasama ng asin at patitikin
2.Ibabad ang pak pak ng manok sa pambabad ng mga 1 – 2 na oras.
3.Balatan ang luya at bombai, hiwain ng maliit. Ihiwa ang dahon ng bombai. Patagin ang sibuyas at alisin ang buto ng pulang sili at hiwain.
4.Igisa ang luya at bombai sa 3 kutsarang mantika, ihalo ang pak pak ng manok. Buhusan ang kaunting alak pangluto. Takpan at iluto ng 15 – 20 minuto, ihalo ang panimpla at iluto hanggang maluto ang pak pak ng manok.

Bahan
450g sayap ayam
40g jahe
40g daun bawang merah
3-4 siung bawang putih
6-8 bawang merah
1 buah cabe

Bumbu-Bumbu
1 sdm kecap hitam
1 sdm gula
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 gls air

Bumbu
1 sdt garam
2 sdt arak jus jahe
2 sdt gula
1 sdt tepung jagung
1 sdt minyak goreng

Cara Memasak
1.Luntur kan sayap ayam beku, gosok kan taburan garam, cuci dan keringkan
2.bumbui dng bumbu marient, diamkan selama 1-2 jam
3.Kupas jahe dan iris tebal potong daun bawang merah, memarkan bawang putih dan bawang merah, bersihkan biji cabe dan potong tipis.
4.Panaskan 3 sdm minyak dlm wajan, tumis bawang merah, jahe, dan cabe sayap ayam tumis smp harum, tambah kan arak, tutup wajan dan kecilkan apinya, biarkan mendidih selama 15-20 menit, lalu tambah kan bumbu aduk rata-hidang kan.
