炒雜菌 – Sautee Assorted Mushroom


材料
150克雜菌
3湯匙三色雜豆
3湯匙火腿粒

調味料
1/4茶匙鹽
少許黑胡椒粉碎
1/2茶匙生粉
2湯匙清水

做法
1.將雜菌洗淨﹐切粒; 三色雜豆飛水過冷
2.熱鑊下2湯匙油﹐放入火腿炒1至2分鐘﹐加入雜菌和雜豆兜勻﹐加調味料拌勻﹐上碟

Ingredient
150 g assorted mushroom
3 tbsp of mixed vegetable
3 tsp of diced ham

Seasoning
1/4 tsp of salt
Some black pepper
1/2 tsp of flour
2 tbsp of water

Cooking Method
1.Rinse and drain assorted mushrooms, cut into diced. Rinse and drain mixed vegetable
2.Heat pan, add in 2 tbsp of oil, pan fry ham cubes for 1-2 minutes, add in assorted mushrooms and mixed vegetable. Add in seasonings. Serve

Mga Sangkap
150 gramong sari-saring kabute
3 kutsarang sari-saring gulay
3 kutsarang hiwa na hamon

Panimpla
1/4 kutsaritang asin
Kaunting Paminta
1/2 kutsaritang arina
2 kutsarang tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang sari-saring kabute at ihiwa, Hugasan at patitikin ang mga sari-saring gulay.
2.Igisa ang hamon sa kaunting mantika ng 2 minuto, ihalo ang ibang sangkap at panimpla. Ihalo maigi at ihain.

Bahan
150g macam jamur (menurut selera)
3 sdm macam sayur (wortel Capri jaung)
3 sdm ham cincang

Bumbu-Bumbu
Lada secukupnya
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt tepung jagung
2 sdm air

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci jamur dan potong kasar, rebus sebentar dan tiriskan unt persediaan. Rebus macam sayur unt persediaan.
2.Panaskan 2 sdm minyak dlm wajan, tumis ham cincang selama 2 menit, tambahkan macam jamur dan macam sayur, aduk rata dan masuk kan bumbu. Disajikan
