酥炸生蠔 – Deep Fried Oyster


材料
12隻生蠔
2/3杯自發粉
1/2 杯冰水
1 湯匙生油

做法
1.將生蠔洗淨及抹乾水份﹐ 攪勻自發粉﹐ 冰水及生油
2.將生蠔放在脆漿﹐ 以中猛火油炸到金黃色。 瀝乾油份﹐ 伴沙律漿享用

Ingredient
12 pcs of oyster
2/3 cup of self-raising flour
1/2 cup of iced water
1 tbsp of oil

Cooking Method
1.Rinse oysters and absorb water. Mix well self-raising flour, iced water and oil
2.Dip oysters in batter mix and deep fried in oil in medium heat. Drain and remove. Serve with mayonaise .

Mga Sangkap
12 pirasong talaba
2/3 tasang arina
1/2 tasang malamig na tubig
1 kutsarang mantika

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang talaba at ipasipsip ang tubig. I halo ang arina, tubig at mantika.
2.Ilagay ang talaba sa bater mix at prituhin. Alisin para matuyo ang mga mantika. Ihain na may mayonnaise.

Bahan
12 biji oyster
2/3 tepung naik sendiri
1/2 gls air es
1 sdm minyak

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci oyster dan peras airnya. Mengacaukan tnaik sendiri, air es, minyak.
2.Mencelupkan oyster campuran, Gorent oyster gulung dengan minyak banyak. Angkat dan tiriskan. Untuk disajikan dengan mayonnaise.
