蝦球爆火腿 – Sauteed Ham with Prawn


材料
4片火腿
100克鮮蝦球
1/4個青椒
1/4個紅椒
20克蒜肉
20克蔥段

少許鹽
少許雞粉
少許糖

做法
1.將鮮蝦去殼,剔腸洗淨,再泡油至熟,備用
2.镬中留少許餘油,再下蒜肉炒香。加入切絲的火腿炒香後,再加入切好的青、紅椒絲炒勻
3.最後加入熟的蝦球和蔥段加調味料炒勻,用少許生粉打芡淋熟油,上碟即可

4 pc ham
100g prawn
20g garlic
1/4 pc shredded green bell pepper
20g spring onion
1/4 pc shredded red bell pepper

Seasoning
Some salt
Some Chicken powder
Some sugar

Cooking Method
1.Remove the intestine from the prawn and rinse. Then, deep-fry.
2.Sautee the garlic for remaining oil.Add in ham and bell peppers.
3.Place back the prawn, spring onion and seasonings. Thicken the sauce with corn starch and ready to serve.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Alisin ang laman ng hipon, hugasan at iprito. Itabi
2.Igisa ang bwang sa mantikia, I sunod ang hamon at mga sili
3.Ilagay ang hipon, nahiwang murang sibuyas, kauting asin, chicken powder at asukal. Paulutin ang sarsa na may arinagn mais, palutuin sandali at ihain.

Bahan
4 biji ham
100 gr udang sedang
20 gr bawang putih
1/4 biji paprika hijau (iris panjang-panjang)
20 gr daun bawang
1/4 biji paprika merah (iris panjang-panjang)

Bumbu-Bumbu
Garam secukupnya
Chicken powder secukupnya
Gula secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Bersihkan lendir udang dan cuci. Goreng dengan minyak banyak.
2.Tumis bawang putih.Masukkan ham, paprika.
3.Masukkan kembali udang, daun bawang dan bumbu-bumbu. Kentalkan saus dengan tepung sagu dan siapuntuk disajikan.
