蕃茄煮肉碎 – Tomato and Minced Pork


材料
600克蕃茄
150克免治豬肉
2 茶匙蒜茸
1 隻雞蛋

3湯匙糖
1/2茶匙鹽

醃料
1/2茶匙鹽
1茶匙糖
1茶匙生粉
1茶匙豉油
1茶匙紹興酒
1茶匙生油

做法
1.將蕃茄去蒂切角﹐雞蛋打散. 將免治豬肉加醃料醃10分鐘
2.熱鑊下2湯匙油﹐ 加入免治豬肉炒至金黃﹐ 加入蒜茸和蕃茄煮至成醬汁
3.下調味料 加入雞蛋拌勻﹐ 上碟

Ingredient

1 pc of egg

Seasoning
3 tbsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of salt

Marinade
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of flour
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of Shao Xing Wine

Cooking Method
1.Cut tomatoes into pieces, batter egg. Mix minced pork with marinade and leave for 10 minutes
2.Heat pan with 2 tbsp of oil, pan-fry minced pork until golden brown, add in garlic and tomato, cooked until it turns into sauce.
3.Add in seasonings and egg. Serve.

2 kutsaritang sibuyas
1 pirasong itlog

Panimpla
3 kutsarang asukal
1/4 kutsaritang asukal

Pambabad
1/2 kutsaritang asin
1 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsaritang arina
1 kutsaritang toyo
1 kutsaritang Shao xing alak

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihiwa ang kamatis, batiin ang itlog. Ibabad ang giniling na baboy sa pambabad ng mga 10 minuto
2.Iluto ang giniling na baboy sa 2 kutsarang mantika hanggang maging kayumanggi, ihalo ang sibuyas at kamatis hanggang maging malapot
3.Ihalo ang panimpla at itlog. Ihain

Bahan
600g tomat
150g daging babi cincang
2 sdt bawang cincang
1 btr telur

Bumbu-Bumbu
4 sdm gula
1/2 sdt garam

Bumbu
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt gula
1 sdt tepung jagung
1 sdt kecap asin
1 sdt arak shaoxing
1 sdt minyak

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci bersih tomat dan potong-potong kasar, bumbui daging babi cincang dng bumbu marinet, selama 10 menit
2.Panaskan 2 sdm minyak dlm wajan lalau tumis daging babi smp kuning kecoklatan, masuk kan bawang cincang dan tomt, masak sup lumat.
3.Tambahkan bumbu dan telur, Disajikan
