酸甜帶子 – Scallop in Sweet and Sour Sauce


材料
15隻帶子
1粒乾蔥頭

調味料
4湯匙茄汁
2湯匙喼汁
1湯匙鎮江香醋
2湯匙糖
1/2茶匙鹽
1/2杯清水
少許麻油

做法
1.先將帶子洗淨,以廚紙吸乾水份;乾蔥頭切薄片;調味料拌勻備用
2.將帶子在滾水煮熟然後備用
3.大碗內放入乾蔥片及1湯匙生油,放入微波爐,以中溫加熱1分鐘,再拌入調味料高溫加熱1至2分鐘至滾,取出
4.拌入帶子後再以一溫加熱5至6分鐘即可享用

Ingredient
15 scallops
1pc shallot

Seasoning
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Chinkiang vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
a dash of sesame oil

Cooking Method
1.Wash and rinse the scallops; finely slice the shallot; mix well the seasonings.
2.Put scallops in boiling water until cooked. Set aside
3.In a large bowl, mix well the shallot & 1 tbsp of peanut oil. Heat on medium heat for 1 minute. Pour in the seasoning then heat on high power for 1 to 2 minutes or until boiling.
4.Add the scallops & mix well. Heat on medium for 5 to 6 minutes and serve.

Mga Sangkap
15 pirasong Scallop
1 pirasong sibuyas tagalog

Panimpla
4 kutsaritang ketchup
2 kutsaritang Worcestershire sarsa
1 kutsarang chinikiang vinegar
2 kutsarang asukal
1/2 kutsaritang asin
kauting sesame oil
1/2 tasang tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang Scallop kabebe at itabi. Hiwain ng pinong pino ang sibuyas tagalong. Ihalo maigi ang mga panimpla.
2.Pakuluan ng tubig sa mangkok, I lagay ang mga Scallp hanggang maluto. Itabi.
3.Igisa ang sibuyas tagalog sa 1 kutsarang mantikang mani. Painitin ng 1 minuto, I buhos ang mga panimpla at pakuluin ng 2 minuto.
4.Ihalo ang lutong Scallop at pakuluan ng mga 5-6 minuto. Ihain

Bahan
15 ekor daging kerang
1 siung bawang merah

Bumbu-Bumbu
4 sdm saus tomat
2 sdt saus Worcestershire
1 sdm arak cuka chinkiang
2 sdm gula
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 gls air
sedikit minyak wijen

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci ikan. Iris bawang merah tipis-tipis; campur bumbubumbu.
2.Dalam mangkok yang besar, campur bawang merah dan 1 sdm minyak kacang. Panaskan dalam microwave dengan panans sedang selama 2 menit. Tuangkan bumbubumbu kemudian panaskan dalam panas tinggi selama 1-2 menit atau hingga mendidih.
3.Msaukkan daging kerang dan campur hingga rata. Panaskan dalam panas sedang selama 5-6 menit dan sajikan.
