炸原條紅魚 – Crispy-fried Red Snapper


材料
1條紅魶魚
適量泰式甜辣醬

調味料
少許鹽
少許胡椒粉

做法
1.先將魶魚洗淨,以廚紙吸乾水份。於魚身兩面割列三刀,並灑上調味料及撲上少許生粉
2.放入熱油中炸至香脆,撈起瀝油及上碟
3.將泰式甜辣醬略煮熟,淋於魚上

Ingredient
1 pc Red Snapper
Some Thai sweet chilli sauce

Seasoning
Some salt
Some pepper

Cooking Method
1.Rinse the red snapper. Slightly cut on the surface of the fish.Marinate it with seasonings and brush on some corn starch.
2.Deep fry until crispy, then place onto the dish.
3.Boil the Thai sweet chilli sauce a little bit hot, then pour onto the fish.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan at bahagyang hiwain ang ibabaw ng isda. Timplahan ng asin at paminta. Pahiran ng arinang mais. Ipritong hanggang lumuto tsaka ilagay sa plato.
2.Pakuluan ang siling sarsa ng batagyang init. Ibuhos sa isda.

Bahan
1 ekor red-snapper
saus sambal pedas manis Thailand secukupnya

Bumbu-Bumbu
Garam secukupnya
Lada secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci ikan. Iris pada permikaan ikan dengan hati-hati. Campur dengan bumbubumbu. Taburkan sedikti tepung sagu. Goreng dengan minyak banyak hingga renyah. Letakkan diatas piring.
2.Panaskan saus sambal pedas manis hingga agak panas. Tuang diatas ikan.
