素南瓜盅 – Vegetarian Pumpkin


材料
1個南瓜
3粒蘑菇
2個馬蹄
1/2杯西芹粒
1/2杯甘荀粒

適量鹽
1茶匙生粉
1湯匙水

做法
1.將南瓜去頂部, 刮去瓜核, 隔水蒸約30分鐘至熟, 待用 .
2.將蘑菇切片, 馬蹄去皮, 洗淨, 切粒.
3.燒熱1湯匙橄欖油, 加入西芹粒, 甘荀粒, 蘑菇片及馬蹄粒炒熟, 然後下鹽及生粉水. 撈起, 將所有材料放上南瓜享用.

Ingredient
1 pc of Pumpkin
3 pcs of butter mushroom
2 pcs of water chestnut
1/2 cups of diced celery
1/2 cups of diced carrots

Seasoning
Some salt
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water

Cooking Method
1.Remove head and seeds of pumpkin and steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
2.Slice butter mushroom, Peel water Chestnuts, rinse and dice.
3.Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil, sautee all ingredients until cooked. Add in salt and cornstarch water. Remove from heat and put all ingredients into Pumpkin case and ready to serve.

2 pirasong mantikilyang kabute
2 pirasong water chestnut
1/2 basong hiniwa na kinsay
1/2 basong hiniwa na karot

Panimpla
Kaunting Asin
1 kutsaritang arinang mais
1 kutsarang tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Alisin ang ulo at mga buto ng kalabasa, pasingawan ng 30 minuto hanggang maluto
2.Ihiwa ang mantikilyang kabute. Balatan ang water chestnut, hiwain at patiktikin
3.Mag-init ng kaunting olive oil. Igisa ng lahat ng mga sangkap. Ihalo ang asin at arinang mais at tubig. Iluto hanggang maluto
4.Alisin sa apoy at ilagay sa loob ng kalabasa at ihain

Bahan
1 buah waluh
2 batang jamur mentega
2 batang water chestnut (tike)
1/2 gls seledri potong dadu
1/2 gls potong wortel

Bumbu-Bumbu
Secukupnya Garam
1 sdm tepung sagu
1 sdm air

Cara Memasak
1.Buang Kepalah waluh dan biji waluh, kukus selama 30 menit hingga mang adan seperti pinggang waluh.
2.Iris tipis buttr mushroom. Kupas wter chestnug, cuci dan potong dadu
3.Panaskan wjan dengan 1 sdm minyak zaitun, masukkan seledri, wortel, jamur dan wter chestnut. Gorent hingga matang. Masukkan garam dan iar tepung sagu untuk mengentalkan saus. Letakkan semua bahan yang telah matang kedalam pinggang waluh. Sajikan
