日泰式柚子沙律 – Japanese and Thai Pomelo Salad


材料
8隻中蝦
1/2杯天婦羅粉
適量沙律菜
適量柚子肉
適量橄欖油

少許奇奧粉
1/3杯熱情果汁
1茶匙乾荵茸

做法
1.將蝦洗凈, 抹乾水份, 去殼留頭同尾
2.將天婦羅粉加入1/3杯清水成為粉漿
3.燒熱適量橄欖油, 將蝦沾滿粉漿, 放入油內炸脆, 上碟,伴以沙律菜及柚子肉
4.燒熱1湯匙橄欖油爆香乾荵茸, 加入其他汁料煮勻盛起, 以供食

Ingredient
8 pcs of fresh Shrimp
1/2 cup of Tempura Powder
Some Salad Vegetable
Some Pomelo Meat
Some Olive Oil

Seasoning
Some Cajun Powder
1/3 cup of passion fruit juice
1 tsp chopped shallot

Cooking Method
1.Rinse shrimp, peel but leave head and tail.
2.Add 1/3 cup of water in tempura powder
3.Boil olive oil, dip shrimp into tempura mixture and deep fry until crunchy, put on plate with salad vegetable and pomelo meat.
4.Heat 1tbsp of olive oil, pan fry dried shallot, add in other seasonings. Serve as dipping.

Mga Sangkap
8 pirasong sariwang hipon
1/2 tasang tempura powder
kaunting ensaladang gulay
kaunting laman ng grapefruit
tasa ng olive oil

Panimpla
Kaunting Cajun powder
1/3 tasang katas ng passion fruit
1 kutsaritang tinadtad na sibuyas-tagalog

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang hipon at balatan iwanan ang ulo at buntot
2.Haluin ang tempura powder sa 1/3 tasang tubig
3.Magpainit ng olive oil, isawsaw ang hipon sa tempura powder at iprito hanggang maging malutong. Ihanda kasama ng ensaladang gulay at laman ng grapefruit.
4.Painit ng 1 kutsaritang olive oil, iluto ang sibuyas-tagalog at ihalo ang ibang sarsa. Ihain.

Bahan
8 ekor udang segar
1/2 gls tepung tempura
sedikit sayur selada
sedikit daging grapefruit
sedikit minyak zaitun

Bumbu-Bumbu
Sedikit bubuk Cajun
1/3 gr jus buah kegemaran
1 sdt bawang merah

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci udang dan serap airnya
2.Tuang 1/3 gls air kedalam tepung tempura.
3.Panaskan minyak zaitun kemunidan, celupkan udang kedalam tepung tempura dan goring hingga kering. Untuk disajikan dengan sayur selada dan grapefruit.
4.Panaskan 1 sdm minyak zaitun untuk menumis bawang merah dan bahan saus. Siap untuk di sajikan dengan saus teman udang.
