蒟蒻絲沙律 – Shredded Konjac Salad


材料
450克 蒟蒻絲
2 湯匙 蟹籽

調味料
沙律汁:
3 湯匙 檸檬汁
適量 糖霜
適量 青芥辣

做法
1.煲滾水,加少許醋,放入蒟蒻絲煮約3分鐘,撈起以冰水浸凍,瀝乾
2.將沙律汁拌勻,加入蒟蒻及蟹籽混合,上碟

Ingredient
450 g shredded konjac
2 tbsp crab roe

Seasoning
Salad Sauce:
3 tbsp lemon juice
some icing sugar
some wasabi

Cooking Method
1.Cook konjac with water and some vinegar for 3 minutes. Drain and remove.
2.Mix the salad sauce. Then, add in konjac and crab roe. Place on the dish and ready to serve.

Mga Sangkap
450 gramo ng Konjac
2 kutsarang crab roe

Panimpla
Sarsa ng Ensalada
3 kutsara katas ng lemon
kaunting icing asukal
kaunting wasabi

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Lutuin ang konjac sa tubig at kaunting suka ng 3 minutos. Hanguing at patiktikin.
2.Haluin ang sarsa ng ensalada. Pagkatapos isunod ma ilagay ang konjac at crab roe. Ilagay sa ibabaw ng pinggan ihain.

Bahan
450 gr konjac, potong panjang
2 sdm telur kepiting

Bumbu-Bumbu
Saus Salad:
3 sdm air perasan lemon
sedikit icing sugar
sedikit wasabi

Cara Memasak
1.Siangi konjac dengan aair dan cuka selama 3 menit. Angkat dan tiriskan.
2.Campur saus salad. Kemudian masukkan konjac dan telur kepiting. Letakkan diatas piring dan siap intuk disajikan.
