香芒蝦球伴乳酪 – Mango and Prawns Yogurt


材料
1個芒果
5隻鮮中蝦
2粒紅加倫子
6粒藍草莓

調味料
汁料:
3湯匙純味乳酪
1湯匙煉奶
少許檸檬汁

做法
1.鮮蝦洗淨,烚熟、去殼,放涼後雪凍
2.芒果起肉,切塊; 藍草莓及紅加倫子洗淨,瀝水。將以上材料及鮮蝦上碟
3.將汁料拌勻,淋於香芒鮮蝦上伴食

Ingredient
1 pc mango
5 pcs prawn
2 pcs red currants
6 pcs blueberry

Seasoning
Sauce:
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp condensed milk
some lemon juice

Cooking Method
1.Rinse the prawn and poach. Remove the shell, cool down and again.
2.Remove the mango meat and cut into pieces. Rinse the blueberry and red currants and drain. Mix all the above ingredients with prawns.
3.Mix the sauce and pour onto the prawns and ready to serve.

Panimpla
Sarsa:
3 kutsarang yogurt
1 kutsarang gatas kondensada
kaunting katas ng kalamaasi

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang ulang at pakuluan. Ailsin ang balat, palamigin at ilagay sa repridyeretor.
2.Alisin ang laman ng mangga at pirasuhin. Hugasan ang bering asul at pulang pasas. Ihalo ang lahat ng mga sangkap
3.Haluin ang sarsa at ibuhos sa ibabaw at handa ng ihain.

Bahan
1 mangga
5 ekor udang sedang
2 biji kismis merah
6 biji blueberry

Bumbu-Bumbu
Saus:
3 sdm plain yogurt
1 sdm susu kental manis
sedikit air sari lemon

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci udang dan rebus sebentar. Kupas, diginkan dan masukkan dalam lemari es.
2.Angkat daging mangga dan potong. Cuci blueberry dan kismis merah dan tiriskan.Campur semua bahan dengan udang.
3.Campur saus dan tuang diatas udang dan siap untuk disajikan
