吉列豬扒 – Cutlet Pork Chop


材料
1件 豬扒
適量 麵粉
1隻 雞蛋
適量 麵包糠

做法
1.將雞扒洗淨, 拍鬆兩面, 加入少許鹽及胡椒粉醃約15分鐘
2.將雞蛋拂勻, 將雞扒拍上少許麵粉, 舀上雞蛋及麵包糠
3.放在熱油中, 炸至金黃色. 抹乾油份.
4.可於沙律醬伴食.

Ingredient
1 pc of pork chop
some flour
1 pc of egg
some bread crumb

Cooking Method
1.Rinse pork chop and press it with a butchery hammer. Marinade it with some salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
2.Whisk egg, powder the pork chop with some flour. Dip the pork chop into egg and then to white bread crumbs.
3.Deep Fry it until turns golden brown. Wipe off excess oil.
4.Serve with Mayonnaise

Mga Sangkap
1 pirasong hita ng baboy
kaunting arina
1 pirasong itlog
kaunting dinurog na tinapay

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan at pisilin ang baboy gamit ng butchery na hammer. Ibabad ito sa kaunting asin at paminta ng 15 minuto.
2.Batiin ang itlog, Lagyan ng arina at ilubog sa itlog at tinapay.
3.Iprito-lubong ito hanggang maging kayumangi ang kulay. Punasan ang natirang mantika.
4.Ihain kasama ng Mayonaise

Bahan
1 lembar daging stik babi
sedikit terigu
1 butir telur
sedikit remah roti

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci stik babi dan pukul dengan pukulan daging. kemudian bumbu secukupnya lada dan garam selama 15 menit
2.Kocok telur, Taburi stik babi dengan terigu. Celupkan kedalam telur dan panir.
3.Goreng dengan minyak banyak hingga kuning Kecoklatan. Tiriskan
4.Disajikan dan mayonnaise
