瘦肉蘋果湯 – Chinese Apple Soup


材料
3個蘋果
400克瘦肉
5粒密棗
4 片淮山
少許南北杏

做法
1.將蘋果洗淨切件, 去芯; 將瘦肉先飛水.
2.煲滾2公升水, 將所有材料放入煲內煮至滾, 再用慢火煲2少時. 即成!

Ingredient
3 pcs of apple
400 g lean pork
5 pcs of Candied dates
4 slices of dried yam
Some Chinese almonds

Cooking Method
1.Rinse Apple and take out the core of the apple; blanch lean pork for awhile and rinse in cold water.
2.Boil 2 ltr of water and put all ingredients and let it boil. Minimize fire and let it boil for 2 hours. Serve Hot!

Mga Sangkap
3 pirasong mansanas
400 gramong karneng baboy
5 pirasong candied dates
4 hiwa ng tuyong yam
kaunting Almond instik

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang mansanas at ilabas ang buto ng mansanas; pakuluin ang karneng baboy sa tubig ng sandali at hugasan sa malamig na tubig.
2.Magpakulo ng 2 litrong tubig at ilagay ang lahat ng mga sangkap hanggang makulo. Ilipat sa maliit na apoy at pakuluan ng 2 oras. Ihain.

Bahan
3 buah apel
400 gr daging babi
5 kuma merah
4 cincang kering yam
secukupnya almond cina

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci apel dan akibat apel inti ;hilangkanb lemak pd daging babi lalu rebus sesaat, tiriskan.
2.Panaskan 2 litre air, campur semua bahan, dan hingga yang direbus, mengganti lambat api masak selama 2 jam. Sajikan.
