蝦米蔥油拌麵 – Stir Noodle with dried shrimp and Green Onion Sauce


材料
3湯匙蝦米
2粒乾蔥頭
1/2個洋蔥
4支蔥白
2個幼麵

2茶匙生抽
1湯匙蠔油
1/2茶匙糖
1/2杯清水
少許胡椒粉及麻油

做法
1.將蝦米洗淨及以暖水浸30分鐘
2.將乾蔥切片﹐洋蔥及蔥白切絲。 將調味料撈勻﹐ 備用。用滾水烚熟幼麵
3.放乾蔥﹐ 洋蔥﹐ 蔥白及4湯匙生油在大腕放微波爐以高溫加熱2分鐘
4.將切碎蝦米撈勻再加熱1分鐘﹐ 最後拌入調味料再加熱1分鐘
5.享用時﹐ 將幼麵放大腕然後淋上汁料

Ingredient
3 tbsp of dried shrimps
2 pcs of shallots
1/2 pcs of onion
4 pcs of green onion
2 pcs of Thin Chinese Noodle

Seasoning
2 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of water
A little bit of pepper and sesame oil

Cooking Method
1.Wash and rinse dried shrimps, cover with warm water for 30 minutes
2.Finely sliced shallots and shred onion and green onion. Stir well the seasoning. Cooked noodles in boiling water until soft.
3.Use a large bowl, put in shallots, shredded onion and green onion, plus 4 tbsp of peanut oil . Heat in microwave for 2 minutes.
4.Mixed with dried shrimps, heat for another one minute. Finally mixed the seasonings and again heat for 1 minute.
5.To serve, put noodles in a large bowl, pour the seasonings on top. Serve Hot.

Mga Sangkap
3 kutsarang tuyong hipon
2 pirasong sibuyas na tagalong
1/2 pirasong sibuyas
4 pirasong berdeng sibuyas
2 pirasong manipis na Chinese noodle

Panimpla
2 kutsarang malabnaw na toyo
1 kutsarang oyster sauce
1/2 kutsaritang asukal
1/2 tasa ng tubig
kaunting paminta atsaka sesame oil

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang tuyong hipon at ilagay sa mainit na tubig,ibabad ng 30 minuto.
2.Hiwain ang sibuyas tagalong, gayatin ang berdeng siubyas tsaka sibuyas. Halun ang mga panimpla at itabi. Lutuin ang noodles hanggang malambot.
3.Ilagay ang sibuyas at 4 kutsarang peanut oil sa malaking mangkok, ipainit sa microwave ng dalawang minutos.
4.Hauluin maigi at ilagayang tinadtad na tuyong hipon, painitin nanaman ng 1 minuto. Sa huli I halo ang panimpla, painitin ng halos 1 minuto.
5.Paghain, I lagay ang noodle sa mangkok ang ibuhos ang sarsa.

Bahan
3 sdm ebi
2 siungbawang merah
1/2 biji bawang bombai
4 batang daun bawang
2 mie china Thin

Bumbu-Bumbu
2 sdt kecap asin hitam
1 sdm saus tiram
1/2 sdt gula
1/2 glass air
lada dan minyak wijen secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci udang dan rendam dengan air hangat. Rendam selama 30 menit. Iris bawang merah tipis-tipis, iris bawang bombai dan daun bawang panjang-panjang. Campur rata bumbu-bumbu dan sisihkan.
2.Masak mie damalam air mendidih hingga empuk. Tiriskan dan sisihkan.
3.Dalam mangkok yang besar, campur bawang merah, bawang bombai dan daun bawang dan 4 sdm minyak kacang. Panaskan dalam microwave dengan panas tinggi selama 2 menit. Aduk rata dan masukkan udang yang telah ditiriskan dan telah dicincang. Panaskan dalam panas tinggi selama 1 menit. Kemudian aduk dengan bumbu-bumbu dan panaskan lagi selama 1 menit.
4.Untuk mernyajikannya, letakkan mie dalam mangkok kemudian saus diatas.
