茄汁肉丸意粉 – Pasta with Meatball in Tomato Sauce


材料
160克意粉

肉丸材料
100克免治牛肉
50 克免治豬肉
3 湯匙芝士碎
2 湯匙麵包糠
1/2 隻雞蛋
1茶匙鹽
1/4 茶匙黑胡椒

醃料
汁料
50 克切碎洋蔥
2 湯匙蒜茸
1 罐蕃茄粒(連汁
1 茶匙砂糖
少許鹽及黑胡椒

做法
1.將肉丸料拌勻用手搓成小圓球狀
2.以中火燒熱橄欖油﹐ 下洋蔥﹐ 蒜茸炒約3分鐘
3.將罐頭蕃茄打成茸加入﹐再煮3分鐘
4.加入肉丸以中慢火煮15分鐘
5.將意粉放入滾水鍋內﹐ 撒少許鹽﹐ 煮至適當韌度﹐取出瀝乾水份。 加入少許橄欖油拌勻﹐ 上碟
6.茄汁肉丸醬加入糖﹐驗及黑胡椒調味﹐ 分盛意粉上。 撒點芝士粉享用

Ingredient
160 g of spaghetti

Seasoning
Meatball ingredients:
100 g minced beef
50 g minced pork
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp of bread crumbs
1/2 egg
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Marinade
Sauce Ingredients:
50 g finely chopped onion
1 can of chopped tomato with juice
1 tsp sugar
Some Salt and black pepper

Cooking Method
1.Mix well meat ball ingredients in a bowl and use hand to shape into rounds.
2.Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat, add in onions and garlic. Stir for 3 minutes.
3.Pour in tomato sauce, bring to boil or cook for 3 minutes
4.Add meatballs. Simmer for about 15 minutes
5.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water with a pinch of salt until soft. Drain. Mixed with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Put into plate
6.Season tomato sauce with sugar, salt and black pepper. Serve with pasta. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.

3 kutsarang kinayod na parmesan
2 kutsarang rimas ng tinapay
1/2 itlog
1 kutsarang asin
1/4 kutsarang itim na paminta

Pambabad
Sarsa:
50 gramo tinadtad na pinong sibuyas
2 kutsarang malapot na bawang
1 latang tinadtad na kamatis
1 kutsaritang asukal
kaunting asin, itim na paminta

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Pagsamahin ang sangkap ng bola-bola sa mangkok at haluin mabuti. Gamit ang kamay at idiin hanggang maging bola-bola na hugis.
2.Mag-init ng olive oil sa kawait, igisa ang sibuyas at bawang. Haluin ng mga 3 minuto.
3.Ipuro ang ltang kamatis at ihalo sa ginisang sibuyas at bawang at pakuluin.
4.Idagdag ang bola-bola. Pakuluin ng halos 15 minuto.
5.Iluto sa malaking kaserola ang pasta sa kulo na tubig, lagyan ng asin hanging matigas. Ihalo ng kaunting olive oil. Ilagay sa plato.
6.Timplahan na sarsang kamatis na may asukal, asin at paminta. Ihain ang bola-bola at panimpla sa iabaw ng pasta at ihain.

Bahan
160 gr spaghetti

Bumbu-Bumbu
Bahan Bakso Daging:
100 gr daging sapi cincang
50 gr daging babi cincang
3 sdm keju parmesan parut
2 sdm panir
1/2 telur
1 sdt garam
1/4 sdt lada hitam

Bumbu
Bahan Saus:
50 gr bawang bombai cincang
2 sdm pasta bawang putih
1 kaleng tomat cincang dengan jus
garam dan pala untuk menambah rasa

Cara Memasak
1.Campur bahan untuk bakso dalam mangkok dan aduk hingga rata. Gunakan tangan Anda untuk membuat bakso sebesar 2 cm
2.Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam pan diatas api sedang. Masukkan bawang bombai dan bawang putih. Aduk selama 3 menit.
3.Tuangkan tomat kalengan, aduk kedalam dan biarkan hingga mendidih.
4.Masukkan bakso. Rebus selama 15 menit.
5.Masak pasta dalam pan besar dalam air mendidih dengan sedikit garam hingga empuk. Tiriskan. Campur dengan 1 sdm minyak zaitun. Bagi diatas piring
6.Bumbui saus tomat dengan gula. Garam dan lada hitam. Sajikan dengan pasta. Taburi dengan keju parmesan parut segar.
