明太子拌芋絲 – Tobiko with Konjac


材料
1 包芋絲
1 瓣明太子
1 湯匙清酒
少許鹽

做法
1.將芋絲用鹽略槎揉,再用水沖淨,剪成2-3段,瀝乾水份,送入容器中,加入味淋酒,蓋上微波保鮮紙放入微波爐中火加熱3分鐘,取出.
2.明太子去衣,拌鬆,用微波保鮮紙包住加熱一分鐘
3.將明太子及芋絲拌勻,即可供食

Ingredient
1 pack konjac
1 pack tobiko (cod roe)
1 tbsp sake
Same Salt

Cooking Method
1.Mix salt with konjac and rinse with water. Cut each konjac into 2-3pieces. Drain and remove. Blend it with mirin and cover with food wrap. Place in microwave to heat for 3 minutes
2.Remove skin of tobiko and split it. Cover with food wrap and heat in microwave for 1 minute
3.Mix tobiko and konjac. Ready to serve

Mga Sangkap
1 paketeng Konjac
1 paketeng tobiko
1 kutsarang sake
kaunting asin

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihalo ang asin sa konjac at hugasan sa tubig. Hiwain ang konjac ng pira-piraso. Ihalo ng sake at ibalot sa plastic wrap, ilagay sa microwave, painitin ng 3 minuto
2.Alisin ang balat ng tobiko, at ihiwalay. Ibalot sa plastic wrap at painitin sa microwave ng 1 minuto.
3.Ihalo ang tobiko at konjac sa plato at ihain.

Bahan
1 pak konjac
1 pak tobiko (telur ikan kod)
1 sdm sake
garam secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Campur garam dengan konjac dan cuci hingga bersih. Potong masing-masing konjac menjadi 2-3 potong. Angkat dan tiriskan. Campur dengan mirin dan tutup dengan wrap makanan. Letakkan kedalam microwave dan panaskan selama 3 menit.
2.Kupas kulit tobiko dan ratakan. T|utup dengan plastic wrap dan panaskan dalam microwave selama 1 menit.
3.Campur tobiko dan konjac. Siap untuk disajikan.
