香辣海鮮炒油麵 – Spicy Seafood Fried Noodles


材料
500克 油麵
4隻 蝦仁
2隻 青口肉
2隻 墨魚仔
1隻 雞蛋液

調味料
1湯匙 森寶辣醬
1湯匙 老抽
1茶匙 雞粉
1/3茶匙 鹽
1/3茶匙 糖

做法
1.將蝦仁、青口、墨魚仔飛水至熟,備用
2.鑊燒熱下油放下蛋液,再放油麵、調味料同炒透後,加入海鮮同炒勻,上碟

Ingredient
500 g dried noodles
4 pcs shrimp
2 pcs mini mussel
2 pcs octopus
1 pc beaten egg

Seasoning
1 tbsp sambal spicy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp chicken powder
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sugar

Cooking Method
1.Poach the shrimp, mussel and octopus until done. Set aside.
2.Heat the wok and fry the egg. Then, add in oil noodles and seasonings. Then, put back the seafood stir-fry. Place on dish and serve.

500 gramo pritong miki
4 pirasong hipon
2 pirasong mini tahong
2 pirasong maillit pusit
1 pirasong binating itlog

Panimpla
1 kutsarang sambal sarsa
1 kutsarang maitim na toyo
1 kutsaritang pulbos na manok
1/3 kutsaritang asin
1/3 kutsaritang asukal

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Pakuluan ang hipon, tahong at puist hanggang sa maluto. Itabi.
2.Initin ang kawali at iprito ang itlog. Tapos, idagdag ang man-tikang miki at panimpla. Tapos, Ilagay pabalik ang pagkaing dagat, ihalo maigi. Ihain.

Bahan
500 gr mie goring
4 ekor udang
2 biji mussel (kerang)
2 ekor iken gurita
1 butir telur kocok

Bumbu-Bumbu
1 sdm sambal
1 sdm kecap hitam
1 sdt chicken powder
1/3 sdt garam
1/3 sdt gula

Cara Memasak
1.Rebus udang, mussel danikan gurita hingga matang. Sisihkan.
2.Panaskan wahan dan goring telur. Kemudian, masukkan mie goreng dan bumbu-bumbu. Kemudain masukkan kembali seafood, menggoreng sebentar. Disajikan.
