菠蘿炒飯 – Pineapple Rice


材料
1/2個 菠蘿
1個 雞蛋
1湯匙 乾蔥茸
1湯匙 咖喱粉
1茶匙 黃薑粉
2碗 白飯
2杯雞胸肉片(切粒)
80克 熟蝦仁
2 湯匙 雜菜豆
2湯匙 提子乾

1湯匙 水
1/2茶匙 鹽
少許糖
少許胡椒粉

做法
1.將菠蘿挖出果肉,浸鹽水後切粒
2.燒熱2湯匙油,下雞蛋炒成蛋碎待用
3.燒熱3湯匙油,炒香乾蔥茸,再下咖喱粉、黃薑粉炒香,下白飯、切粒雞胸肉及調味炒透
4.加入菠蘿粒、雜菜豆、提子乾、蝦仁、雞蛋碎炒勻後.上碟即成.

Ingredient
Half pineapple
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp shallot, finely chopped
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 bowls steamed rice
2 cups diced chicken breast
80 g cooked shrimps
2 tbsp mixed vegetables
2 tbsp raisin

Seasoning
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt
Some sugar
Some white pepper

Cooking Method
1.Remove the pineapple meat and soak in salt water for a moment and diced.
2.Heat 2 tbsp of oil. Stir fry the egg until just cooked. Set aside
3.Heat 3 tbsp of oil. Stir fry the shallot, curry powder and turmeric powder. Add the rice, chicken meat and seasoning. Stir fry until done.
4.Stir in the pineapple, mixed vegetables, raisin, shrimps and eggs. Put on plate to serve.

1 kutsara curry powder
1 kutsarita turmeric powder
2 mangkok kanin
2 hiwa karneng manok
80 gramo nalutong hipon
2 kutsara sari-saring gulay
2 kutsara pasas

Panimpla
1 kutsara na tubig
1/2 kutsarita asin
Kaunting asukal
Kaunting puti paminta

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Tanggalin ang laman ng pinya at Ibabad sa tubig na may asin sandali at gayatin.
2.Iprito ang itlog sa 2 kutsarang mantika. Itabi.
3.Mag-init ang 3 kutsarang mantika, igisa ang sibuyas tagalog, curry powder at turmeric powder, isunod ang lutong bigas, karneng manok at panimpla. Igisa hanggang maluto.
4.Haluin ang pinya, gulay, pasas, hipon, at itlog. Ilagay sa plato at ihain.

Bahan
1/2 nanas
1 telur, kocok
1 sdm bawang merah, iris tipis-tipis
1 sdm bubuk kari
2 mangkok nasi
2 ayam, potong dadu
80 gr udang matang
2 sdm bermacam-macam sayur
2 sdm raisin

Bumbu-Bumbu
1 sdm air
1/2 sdt garam
sedikit gula
sedikit lada putih

Cara Memasak
1.Buang hati nanas dan rendam dalam air garam sebentar dan potong kotak-kotak. Sisihkan kulitnya.
2.Panaskan 2 sdm minyak. Goreng telur hingga matang . Sishkan.
3.Panaskan 3 sdm minak. Goreng bawang merah, bubuk kan dan bubuk kunyit. Masukkan nasi, daging ayam dan bumbu-bumbu.
4.Masukkan nanas, sayur, raisin, udang, telur. Aduk rata piring disajikan.
