泰式雞絲炒河 – Thai Style Fried Rice Noodles


材料
150克泰式河粉
80 克雞絲
40 克紅洋荵
1枝香茅
50克甘荀

1湯匙辣椒醬
2茶匙魚露
2茶匙青檸汁
1茶匙糖

做法
1.將河粉浸軟, 瀝水
2.燒熱油, 炒香洋荵, 香茅, 加入雞絲, 甘荀絲, 河粉及調味料兜勻. 上碟

Ingredient
150 g of Thai Style Friend Rice Noodles
80 g shredded chicken meat
40 g red onion
1 stalk of lemongrass
50 g shredded carrots

Seasoning
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar

Cooking Method
1.Soak rice noodles until tender
2.Heat oil, stir fry onions, lemongrass. Add in shredded chicken, carrots, rice noodles and seasonings until chicken and carrots cooked. Serve.

Mga Sangkap
150 gramo bihon thai style
80 gramo laman ng manok
40 gramo pulang sibuyas
1 tangkay na tanglad
50 gramo karot

Panimpla
1 kutsarang chili sauce
2 kutsaritang patis
2 kutsarang katas ng lemon
1 kutsaritang asukal

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ibabad ang bihon hanggang lumambot. Itabi
2.Mag painit ng mantika at igisa ang sibuyas, tanglad. Ihalo ang bihon, manok, karot at panimpla haluin mabuti. Ihain.

Bahan

80 gr ayam, tipis-tipis
40 gr bawang bombai merah
1 batang serai, potong serong
50 gr wortel, tipis tipis

Bumbu-Bumbu
1 sdm saus sambal manis
2 sdm saus ikan
2 sdm air perasan jeruk nipis
1 sdt gula

Cara Memasak
1.Rendam bihun hingga empuk. Tiriskan
2.Panaskan minyak, gorent bawang bombai merah dan serai sebentar. Masukkan daging ayam., wortel, mie bumbu dan aduk rata. Sajikan
