蕃茄薯仔魚湯 – Tomato and Fish Soup with Potatoes


材料
600克冰鮮魚
600克蕃茄
1個薯仔
1個洋蔥
1 條甘筍
3 公升清水

適量鹽
適量胡椒粉

做法
1.將鮮冰魚洗淨﹐用 1/2 茶匙鹽塗抹魚身﹐放10分鐘
2.將蕃茄去蒂﹐切角﹔ 薯仔和甘筍去皮﹐切角﹔洋蔥去衣﹐切角
3.熱鑊下油﹐把魚煎香﹐ 盛起
4.熱鑊下2湯匙油﹐爆香洋蔥和蕃茄煮片刻﹐加入其餘材料﹐注入清水煮滾﹐轉入煲內﹐以中慢火煲90分鐘﹐ 調味﹐即成

600 g Fresh Fish
600 g Tomato
1 pc of Potato
1 pc of Onion
1 pc of Carrot
3 liter of water

Some Pepper

Cooking Method
1.Clean fresh fish and rinse, use 1/2 tsp salt scrub fish and set aside for 10 minutes
2.Rinse Tomato and cut into pieces; Rinse and peel potatoes , carrots and onions and cut into pieces
3.Heat oil, pan-fry fish and remove from heat
4.Heat 2 tbsp of oil, pan fry onion and tomato, add in ingredients and water. Let it boil in medium heat for 90 minutes, season and serve hot.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang isda at kiskisan ng 1/2 kutsaritang asin at itabi ng 10 minuto
2.Hugasan ang kamatis at ihiwa; hugasan ang patatas, karot at bombai at ihiwa
3.Iprito sandali ang ulo ng isda at itabi
4.Igisa ang bombai at kamatis sa 2 kutsarang mantika at ihalo ang mga sangkap at tubig. Pakuluin sa katamtamang 90 minuto. Timplahan at ihain

Bahan
600g Ikan
600g Tomat
1 buah Kentang
1 Buah Bawang Bombay
I buah Worte
3 Liter air

Bumbu-Bumbu
Lada secukupnya
Garam secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci bersih ikan dan buang kotoran nya, lumuri 1/2 sdt garam diamkan selama 10 menit.
2.Potong tomat jodi 4 bagian, kupas kentang dan wortel lalu potong-potong. Bombay di cincang kasar.
3.Panas kan minyak pd wajan lalu tumis ikan smp kekuningan, angkat.
4.Panaskan 2 sdm minyak dlm panic, tambahkan bombai dan tomat, aduk rata lalu masukkan smua bahan lain dan tuangkan air, didihkan smp medidih lalu kecilkan api, taburi bumbu dan hidangkan.
