咸魚炒雜菜 – Fried Vegetable with Salted Fish


材料
1杯咸魚粒
160克芥蘭
160克椰菜
6條珍珠荀
1個甘荀
2片薑
1/4隻紅椒
2茶匙蒜茸

5湯匙水
1/4 茶匙糖
1茶匙生粉
1湯匙生抽
少許麻油

做法
1.將芥蘭, 椰菜及甘荀洗淨;切絲; 將珍珠筍切段; 將紅椒切絲
2.將芥蘭,珍珠筍及紅蘿蔔放滾水內,加少許鹽及糖,飛水後取出隔淨水份
3.燒熱少許油爆香蒜茸, 薑, 加入咸魚粒炒勻,再加入所有蔬菜齊炒勻,倒入獻汁煮滾後即可

Ingredient
1 cup of diced salted fish
40 g of Chinese Kale
160 g Cabbage
6 pcs of baby corn
1 pc of carrot
2 slices of ginger
1/4 red chili
2 tsp of minced garlic

Seasoning
5 tbsp of water
1/4 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of flour
1 tbsp of soy sauce
some sesame oil

Cooking Method
1.Rinse Chinese Kale, Cabbage, carrots and cut into long strips; Cut baby corn into halves, cut red chili.
2.Boil water with some salt and sugar and put in vegetables and let it boil. Drain
3.Heat some oil and sauté garlic, ginger and add in salted fish, stir-fry. Add in Vegetables and sauce ingredients, let it boil and serve.

Mga Sangkap
1 tasang maalat na isda
40 gramo ng Kale na instik
160 gramo ng repolyo
6 piraso maliit na mais
1 piraso ng karot
2 hiwa ng luya
1/4 pirasong pulang sili
2 kutsaritang tinadtad na sibuyas

Panimpla
5 kutsarang tubig
1/4 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsaritang arina
1 kutsarang tuyo
kaunting sesame oil

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang kale, repolyo, karot at ihiwain ng manipis-nipis. Ihati ang maliit na mais, ihiwa ang pulang sili.
2.Maginit ng tubig na may kaunting asin at asukal at pakuluin ang mga gulay. Patiktikin.
3.Igisa ang sibuyas, luya sa kaunting mantika, ihalo ang maalat na isda. Ihalo maigi. Ilagay ang mga gulay at ihalo ang sarsa. Pakuluin ang sarsa at ihanda.

Bahan
1 gls asin ikan
40 gr Daun Kale
160 gr gobis
6 biji kecil jagung
1 biji wortel
2 jahe
1/4 merah cabe
2 sdt bawang putih cincang

Bumbu-Bumbu
5 sdm air
1/4 sdt gula pasir
1 sdt tepung
1 sdm kecap asin
sedikit minyak wijen

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci kale, gobis, wortel dan potong halus; potong kecil jagung; potong halus merah cabe.
2.Panaskan air dan garam dan gula, masak sayur. Tiriskan.
3.Panaskan sedikit minyak, Menggoreng bawang, jahe, campur asin ikan. Menggoreng Sebentar. Masukkan sayur dan saus. Goreng hingga yang deribus. Sajikan
