雜菌帶子粒炒飯 – Fried Rice with Mixed Mushrooms & Scallops


材料
6粒 帶子
1/2件 厚火腿
6粒 蘑菇
4隻 鮮冬菇
2碗 白飯

調味料
2茶匙 生抽
2湯匙 蠔油
少許 胡椒粉
少許 麻油
3湯匙 清水

做法
1.將所以材料切小粒,備用
2.大碗內放入已切粒材料,拌入調味料後,以微波中高溫加熱2分鐘
3.將白飯與上述材料拌勻,以高溫加熱2至3分鐘,中途略加翻動,即可供食

Ingredient
6 pc fresh shelled scallops
1/2 pc ham steak
6 pc button mushrooms
4 pc fresh black mushrooms
2 bowls Cooked rice

Seasoning
2 tsp light soy
1 tbsp oyster sauce
A dash white pepper
A dash sesame oil
3 tbsp water

Cooking Method
1.Cut all ingredients into bite size and set aside
2.Place all ingredients except the rice into a large bowl, stir in the seasonings and heat in microwave oven on medium high power for 2 minutes.
3.Add in the cooked rice and stir to mix well. Heat and stir well on high power for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.

Mga Sangkap
6 piraso scallop
1/2 piraso ham steak
6 piraso button kabute
4 piraso sariwang itim na kabute
2 mangkok na kanin

Panimpla
2 kutsarita toyo
1kutsara oyster sauce
kaunting putting paminta
kaunting sesame oil
3 kutsara tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hiwain ang mga sangkap sa malilit na hiwa at itabi.
2.llagay ang mga sangkap sa malaking mangkok maliban sa kanin, ihalo ang panimpla at ipainit sa sa microwaven oven sa katamtamang init ng 2 minutos.
3.Isunod ang kanin at haluin maigi at ihurno muli ng 2-3 minutos , Ihain.

Bahan
6 biji scallop
1/2 lembar ham
6 biji jamur kancing
4 biji jamur hitam segar
2 mangkok nasi

Bumbu-Bumbu
2 sdt kecasp asin
1 sdm saus tiram
sedikit lada bun\buk
sedikit minyak wijen
3 sdm air

Cara Memasak
1.Potong semua bahan dalam ukuran besar-besar dan sisihkan.
2.letakkan semua bahan kecuali nasi kedalam mangkok besar, aduk rata den-gan bumbu-bumbu dan panaskan dalam mikrowave oven pada panas sedang selama 2menit.
3.Masukkan nasi dan aduk rata. Panaskan dan aduk reta dan panaskan pada panas tinggi selama 2-3 menit. Sajikan segera.
