香炒蒟蒻 – Fried Konjac


材料
150克蒟蒻
50克白蘿蔔
1 湯匙蒜茸

1湯匙砂糖
150毫升清湯
1湯匙味淋

做法
1.將蒟蒻切絲, 放在滾水, 加少許醋煮約3分鐘. 撈起過冷河, 瀝乾水.
2.將白蘿蔔去皮,洗淨,切小塊,飛水後撈起
3.燒熱少許油, 爆香蒜茸, 加入蘿蔔及蒟蒻. 加汁料, 煮至汁料收乾. 即成.

1 tbsp garlic

Sauce Ingredient
3 tbsp of Japanese BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
150ml stock
1 tbsp mirin

Cooking Method
1.Cut konjac into long stripes, put in boiling water with some vinegar and let it boil for 3 minutes, drain with cold water.
2.Peel turnip, rinse and chop into pieces. Poach in water and remove.
3.Heat some oil and sauté garlic, add in konjac and turnip, stir-fry and add in sauce ingredients cook until sauce dries up. Serve.

3 kutsarang Japanese BBQ Sarsa
1 kutsarang asukal
150ml ng sabaw
1 kutsarang mirin

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ihiwa ang konjac ng pahaba, ilagay sa pinakuluan na tubig at kaunting suka, ikuha, palamigin sa tubig at patiktikin.
2.Balatan ang singkamas, hugasan at hiwain ng pira-piraso. Pakuluan sa tubig at hanguin.
3.Magiinit ng kaunting mantika at igisa ang bawang at ihalo ang konjac at singkamas, ihalo ang sarsa at iluto hanggang matuyo ang sarsa. Ihain.

Bahan
150gr Konjac
50gr lobak
1 sdm bawang putih

Bumbu-Bumbu
Saus
3 sdm saus bbq jepang
1 sdm gula
150ml kaldu
1 sdm mirin

Cara Memasak
1.Potong Konjac dengan ketebalan, Rebus konjac dengan sedikit cuka dan air selama 3 menit Dinginkan dalam air dingin dan tiriskan.
2.Kupas lobak. Cuci dan potong, Siangi dengan air dan tiriskan
3.Panaskan sedikit minyak, dengan bawang puith, masukkan lobak dan konjac. Tuang bahan saus dan masak hingga saus kental. Siap untuk disajikan.
