海鮮肉碎脆米粉 – Assorted Seafood on Deep-fried Rice Vermicelli


材料
160克米粉
60克碎豬肉
40克蝦仁粒
40克帶子粒
40克魚柳粒
1杯上湯

調味料
1茶匙 生抽
1/2茶匙 老抽
1/2茶匙 鹽
1/2茶匙 糖
少許 生粉水

做法
1.將米粉弄散,用八成熱油炸脆,叠上碟
2.燒熱油將碎豬肉、蝦仁粒、帶子粒、魚柳粒炒熟,加入上湯及調味料煮滾, 再用生粉水埋薄芡盛起
3.將煮熟材料淋上脆米粉上, 享用

Ingredient
160g rice vermicelli
60g minced pork
40g diced shrimp
40g diced scallop
40g diced fish fillet
1 cup stock

Seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
some corn starch water

Cooking Method
1.Heat some oil till 80% boiling. Deep-fly the rice vermicelli, set aside
2.Stir-fry minced pork, shrimp, scallop, fish fillet until cooked, add in stock and seasonings. Thicken sauce with cornstarch water.
3.Pour it on top of vermicelli to serve

40 gramo tinadtad na hipon
40 gramo tinadrad na scallop
40 gramo tinadrad isda fillet
1 tasa na sabaw

1 kutsarita toyo
1/2 kutsarita itim na toyo
1/2 kutsarita asin
1/2 kutsarita asukal
Kaunting arinang mais sa tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Iprito lubong ang bihon sa 80% mainit na mantika at ilagay sa pinggan.
2.Igisa ang giniling na baboy at ibang sangkap sa kaunting mantika. Pagkatapos, ibuhos ang sabaw at panimpla, palaputin ang sarsa ng arinang mais na tubig.
3.Ibuhos ang mga sangkap sa ibabaw ng bihon at ihanda.

1.Goreng bihun dengan 80% minyak banyak dan letakkan ditas piring.
2.Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng daging babi dan seafood. Kemudian, tuang kaldu dan bumbu- bumbu. Kentalkan dengan air tepung sagu.
3.Taung bumbu diatas bihun. Disajikan
