蒸蝦粉絲 – Steamed Shrimp Vermicelli


材料
10隻鮮蝦
1 包粉絲
5湯匙蒜茸
1隻指天椒(切粒)
少許油

1茶匙鹽
1茶匙砂糖
1湯匙麻油
1茶匙生抽

醃料
少許胡椒粉
少許鹽

做法
1.將鮮蝦洗淨, 去殼, 留頭. 用醃料醃一回.
2.將粉絲浸軟, 瀝乾水份. 放在蒸碟上.
3.燒熱少許油, 爆香蒜茸, 指天椒及蝦, 加入調味料至蝦變紅色.
4.將(3)材料放上粉絲面, 隔水蒸約5分鐘.

Ingredient
10 pc of shrimp
1 pack of vermicelli
5 tbsp garlic
1 diced perennial chili
Some oil

Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce

Marinade
Some Pepper
Some Salt

Cooking Method
1.Rinse Shrimp, peel but leave head, marinade for a while
2.Soak Vermicelli until soft and put on steam plate
3.Heat some oil, sauté garlic, chili, shrimp and seasonings until shrimp turns red.
4.Pour (3) ingredients on top of vermicelli and steam for 5 minutes.

5 kutsarang bawang
1 tinadtad na pulang sili
Kaunting mantika

Panimpla
1 kutsaritang asin
1 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsarang sesame oil
1 kutsaritang toyo

Pambabad
Kaunting paminta
kaunting asin

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang hipon, balatan pero, iwanan ang ulo. Ibabad ng sandali
2.Ibabad ang sotanghon hanggang malambot, Ilagay sa plato
3.Igisa ang bawang, sili, hipon at panimpla hanggang mapula-pula ang hipon
4.Ilagay ang lutong hipon sa ibabaw ng sotanghon at pasingawan ng 5 minuto.

Bahan
10 ekor udang
1 bongkah bihun
5 sdm bawang putih
1 biji cabe merah cincang
Sedikit minyak

Bumbu-Bumbu
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula
1 sdm minyak wijen
1 sdt kecap asin

Bumbu
Sedikit Lada
Sedikit Garam

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci Udang, kupas kulit udang kepalanya. Campur bumbu 1.
2.Rendam bihun dalam air. Tiriskan dan letakkan diatas piring
3.Panaskan sedikit minyak untuk menggoreng bawang putih, cabe, udang dan bumbu 2.
4.Letakkan bumbu (3) diatas bihun kukus selama 5 menit.
