粟米甘筍瘦肉湯 – Lean pork soup with Carrots and Corns


材料
3 條粟米
1條甘筍
600克瘦肉
1粒密棗
10克南北杏仁
3 1/2 公升清水

做法
1.將粟米去莢,洗淨切段;甘筍去皮,切角;瘦肉去肥,飛水個冷,備用
2.將密棗和南北杏仁洗淨,注入清水,加入粟米和甘筍煲滾
3.放入瘦肉,轉用中火煲3小時加鹽即成

Ingredient

1 pc of carrot
600 g lean pork
1 Candied Dates
10 g Chinese Almonds
3 1/2 liter of water

Cooking Method
1.Wash and cut into pieces, peeled carrots and cut into pieces, Boil lean pork for 3 minutes, drain and set aside
2.Wash Almonds and candied dates separately, bring water to boil, pour in almonds, candied dates, corn and carrots. Bring to boil
3.Add in lean pork and let it boil in medium heat for 3 hours add salt to taste.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan at ihiwa ang mais, balatan ang karot at ihiwa. Pakuluin ang baboy ng 3 minuto, patiktikin at itabi
2.Hugasan ang almonds at candied dates. Pakuluin ang tubig at ilagay ang almonds, dates, mais at karot. Pakuluin.
3.Ilagay ang karneng baboy, pakuluin sa katamtamang apoy ng 3 oras. Timplahan ng kaunting asin at ihain.

Bahan
3 buah jagung
1 buah wortel
600g daging babi
1 kurma merah
10g almond cina
3 1/2 liter air

Bumbu-Bumbu
Garam secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Kupas jagung dan bersih kan dr rambut jagung, potong-potong; Kupas wortel dan potong-potong.
2.Hilangkan lemak pd daging babi lalu rebus sesaat, tiriskan.
3.Taruh semua bahan dlm panic kecuali daging babi.
4.Seselah air mendidih, masukkan daging, panaskan dng api kecil kurang lebih 3 jam. Campur garam, disajikan.
