蕃茄炒蛋 – Fried Egg with Tomato


材料
2個蕃茄
4隻蛋
2 湯匙油
2片薑

調味料
1/2 茶匙鹽
1/2茶匙糖
1 茶匙生粉
4湯匙水

做法
1.將蕃茄洗淨切成小塊,將蛋打散
2.燒熱2湯匙油爆香薑,加入蕃茄略炒,然後邊淋蛋液邊炒
3.然後加調味料拌勻即可

Ingredient
2 pcs of tomato
4 pcs of egg
2 tbsp of oil
2 slices of ginger

Seasoning
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp flour
4 tbsp of water

Cooking Method
1.Rinse Tomato and cut into small pieces, beat the eggs.
2.Heat oil and sauté ginger, add in tomato and stir-fry while pouring egg mixture.
3.Finally add in seasonings, mix well and serve.

2 kutsarang mantika
2 hiwa ng luya

Panimpla
1/2 kutsaritang asin
1/2 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsarang arina
4 kutsarang tubig

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang kamatis at hiwain ng pira-piraso; batiin ang itlog sa mangkok.
2.Igisa ang luya sa mantika at ihalo ang kamatis, ibuhos ang itlog habang hinahalo ang kamatis.
3.Panghuli, ihalo ang panimpla, haluin maigi at ihain.

Bahan
2 buah tomat
4 btr telur
2 sdm minyak
2 jahe cincang

Bumbu-Bumbu
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula
1 sdm tepung
4 sdm air

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci tomat dan di potong lebar, kopiokan telur
2.Panaskan minyak, goreng jahe cincang, campur tomat. Campur telur dan waktu adukan.
3.Campur bumbu-bumbu, bermacam sumur. Disajikan.
