叉燒蠔油炒飯 – Fried Rice with Barbecued Pork


材料
5條 珍珠筍
3條 鮮蘆筍
1/2杯 叉燒粒
1湯匙 蔥粒
2碗 白飯
1/2杯 洋蔥粒

調味料
1湯匙 蠔油
1茶匙 麻油

做法
1.將珍珠筍、蘆筍飛水,撈起,瀝乾水份
2.燒熱1湯匙,爆香洋蔥粒、叉燒粒、珍珠筍、蘆筍,炒勻再加入白飯、調味料和蔥粒炒勻,即可供食

Ingredient
5 pcs diced baby corn
3 pcs diced asparagus
1/2 cup diced barbecued pork
1 tbsp diced spring onion
2 bowls cooked rice
1/2 cup diced onion

Seasoning
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Cooking Method
1.Poach the baby corn and asparagus in hot water. Drain and remove.
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil to saute chopped onion, barbecued pork, asparagus and baby corn. Then, add in rice, seasonings and spring onion. Ready to serve.

Mga Sangkap
5 piraso ginayat na murang mais
3 piraaso ginayaat na asparagus
1/2 tasa ginayat na roast ng baboy
1 kutsara ginayat a murang sibuyas
2 mangkok na kanin
1/2 tasa ginayat na sibuyas

Panimpla
1 kutsara oyster sauce
1 kutsarita sesame oil

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Ipakulo ang murang mais at asparagus sa mainit na tubig. Hanguin at patiktikin.
2.Igisa ang sibuyas, roast ng baboy, asparagus at murang mais sa 1 kutsarang mantika. Ihalo ang kanin at panimpla at murang sibuyas, haluin maigi. At ihain.

Bahan
5 batang jagung muda, potong dadu
3 batang asparagus, potong dadu
1/2 gls daging babi BBQ
1 sdm daun bawang, potong iembut
2 mangkok nasi
1/2 gls bawang bombai, potong kotak

Bumbu-Bumbu
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt minyak wijen

Cara Memasak
1.Siangi jagung muda dan asparagus dalam air panas. Angkat dan tiriskan.
2.Panaskan 1 sdm minyak untuk menu-mis bawang bombai, daging babi, asparagus dan jagung muda. Kemudian masukkan nasi, bumbu-bumbu dan daun bawang. Siap untuk disajikan.
