炸芝士雞卷 – Cheese and Chicken Roll


材料
2 件無骨雞胸
4 片煙肉
4 湯匙芝士碎

2 湯匙沙律醬
2 湯匙茄汁
1 茶匙檸檬汁

做法
1.將雞胸肉洗淨, 吸乾水份, 用少許鹽及胡椒粉醃15分鐘
2.將雞胸放在碟上, 在一邊灑上2湯匙芝士碎, 然後, 卷起.再用2片煙肉卷起雞卷. 將另一件雞胸, 同樣卷起.
3.燒熱油, 將雞卷炸至金黃色. 撈起. 切件.
4.將汁料拌勻, 可與雞卷伴食.

Ingredient
2 pcs of boneless chicken breast
4 pcs of Bacon
4 tbsp of Parmesan Chesse

Seasoning
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of ketchup
1 tsp of lemon juice

Cooking Method
1.Rinse chicken breast and pat it dry. Use some salt and pepper to marinade for 15 minutes
2.Put chicken breast on plate and sprinkle with 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese on one side, roll it up. Roll it with 2 pcs of bacon on top. Use the same procedure for the other piece of chicken breast.
3.Heat oil for deep fry and deep fry rolls until golden brown. Take out and Cut into Pieces.
4.Mix dipping and serve with rolls

Mga Sangkap:
2 pirasong walang buto dibdib ng manok
4 pirasong bacon
4 kutsarang parmesan keso

Panimpla
2 kutsarang mayonnaise
2 kutsarang ketchup
1 kutsaritang jus ng lemon

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang dibdib ng manok at ibabad sa kaunting asin at paminta ng 15 minuto
2.Ilagay ang manok sa plato and budburan ng 2 kutsarang parmesan keso sa isang kabila at irolyo. Irolyo muli ito ng 2 pirasong bacon. Igawa muli sa ikalawa na dibdib ng manok
3.Maginit ng mantika. Iprito lubong ang nirolyong manok hanggang maluto. Ilagay ito sa plato at ihiwain ng tig-iisa.
4.Ihalo ang sarsa at ihain kasama ng rolyo.

Bahan
2 daging dada ayam tanpa tulang
4 lembar daging asap
4 sdm keju parmesan

Bumbu-Bumbu
2 sdm mayonnaise
2 sdm Saos Tomat
1 sdt lemon air

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci daging ayam dan peras airnya. Kemudian campur dengan sedikit lada dan garam selama 15 menit.
2.Letakkan daging ayam potong, letakkan 2 sdm keju parmesan, tutup dengan daging ayam. Kemudian gulung dengan daging asap. Tindakan 1 daging ayam.
3.Panaskan minyak, pendinginan menggoreng hingga kuning kecoklatan. Iris tipis-tipis.
4.Campur saus bahan. Disajikan daging roll.
