白酒煎豬扒 – Pan Fried Pork Chop in White Wine


材料
1湯匙橄欖油
2件豬扒
2湯匙白酒

少許香草
少許鹽
少許胡椒粉
少許生粉

做法
1.將豬扒洗淨抹乾, 加醃料拌勻
2.燒熱橄欖油, 將豬扒煎熟, 加白酒煮至入味. 上碟享用

Ingredient

2 pcs of pork chop
2 tbsp of white wine

Seasoning
Some Herbs
Some Salt
Some Pepper
Some Cornstarch

Cooking Method
1.Rinse pork chop, marinade and set aside
2.Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and pan-fry pork chop until done. Add in white wine and place into dish.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan maigi ang pork chop at Ibabad sa pambabad
2.Mag painit ng olive oil, pritohin ang pork chop hanggang maluto. Ihalo ang putting alak. Ihain

Bahan
1 sdm minyak zaitun
2 lembar daging babi
2 sdm arak putih

Bumbu-Bumbu
Secukupnya herbal
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya lada
Secukupnya tepung sagu

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci daging babi, kemudian campur dengan bumbu-bumbu dan biarkan meresap
2.Panaskan 1 sdm minyak zaitun untuk menggoreng daging babi hingga matang. Taburi degan arak putih.
