沙嗲豬頸肉 – Satay Pork’s Neck Meat


材料
300克 豬頸肉
1個 洋蔥絲
1隻 紅椒絲
1/2茶匙 薑茸
1/2茶匙 蒜茸
1湯匙 沙嗲醬

醃料
1茶匙 生抽
1/3 茶匙 糖
1茶匙 麻油
1茶匙 生粉
1湯匙 清水
少許 胡椒粉

做法
1.將豬頸肉洗淨切片,加入醃料拌勻,備用
2.燒熱1湯匙油將豬頸肉炒至八成熟,撈起,備用
3.另燒熱1湯匙油爆香其他材料及加入沙嗲醬,然後將豬頸肉回鑊再炒勻,上碟,即成

Ingredient
300g pork’s neck meat
1pc shredded onion
1pc shredded red chili
1/2 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp satay sauce

Marinade
1tsp soy sauce
1/3tsp sugar
1tsp sesame oil
1tsp corn starch
1tbsp water
some pepper

Cooking Method
1.Rinse the pork’s neck meat and slice. Marinate and set aside. .
2.Heat 1 tbsp oil to fry the pork’s neck meat until 80% done.
3.Heat 1 tbsp oil to sautee other ingredients and add satay sauce. Put back the meat, stir well and serve.

300 gramo laman leeg ng baboy
1pirasang hinimay na sabuyas
1pirasong na pulang sili
1/2kutsaritang tinadtad luya
1/2kutsaritang tinadtad bawang
1kutsarang satay sauce

Pambabad
1kutsarang toyo
1/3kutsaritang asukal
1kutsaritang langis ng linga
1kutsaritang arinang mais
1kutsarang tubig
kaunting paminta

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang laman ng leeg ng baboy at hiwain. Tapos, ibabad sa pambabad.
2.Iprito ang laman ng leeg baboy sa 1 kutsarang mantika haggang 80% na luto.
3.Igisa ang sibuyas pulang sili, tinadtad luya, tinadtad bawang at satay sauce sa 1 kutsarang tubig at Ihalo ang karneng baboy at ihain.

Bahan
300gr daging leher babi
1biji bawang bombai, potong panjang-panjang
1 cabe merah, potong panjang
1/2 sdt pasta jahe
1/2 sdt pasta bawang putij
1sdm saus sate

Bumbu
1sdt kecap asin
1/3sdt gula
1sdt minyak wijen
1sdt tepung sagu
1sdm air
sedikit lada

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci daging leher babi dan iris tipis-tipis. Kemudian bumbui dan biarkan hingga meressp.
2.Panaskan 1 sdm minyak u ntuk meng-goreng daging leher babi hingga 80 % matang.
3.Panaskan 1 sdm minyak untuk menu-mis bawang bombai, cabe pasta jahe, [asta bawang putih dan saus sate. Masukkan kembali daging leher babi dan siap ntuk disajikan.
