峇拉醬煎豬柳肉 – Fried Pork Cubes with Belacan Sauce


材料
230克 豬柳肉
120克 青、紅椒粒
40克 洋蔥粒
1湯匙 蒜片
1條唐芹段

1湯匙 峇拉蒜醬
1茶匙 雞粉
1/3茶匙 鹽
1/3茶匙 糖
1湯匙 米酒

做法
1.將豬柳肉切粒,用雞粉,鹽,糖,醃,用少許熱水煮開稀峇拉蒜醬,備用
2.鑊燒熱油爆香蒜片,加入豬柳肉炒至七成熟起鑊備用
3.再起鑊炒香青、紅椒粒、洋蔥粒及峇拉蒜醬爆香,再放入豬柳肉同炒至八成熟,灒米酒爆香起鑊上碟

Ingredient
230g pork tenderloin
40g green bell pepper
40g red bellpepper
40g chopped onion
1 pc celery
1 tbsp garlic slices

Seasoning
1 tbsp Belacan Paste
1 tsp chicken powder
1/3 tsp salt
1/3 tsp sugar
1 tbsp rice wine

Cooking Method
1.Cut the pork tenderloin into cubes and marinate it with sugar, salt and chicken powder. Dilute Belacan paste with hot water and set aside.
2.Saute garlic slices with oil, Then, add in the pork and cook until 70 % done.
3.Sautee all the bellpeppers, onion with belacan paste. Then, add in pork. Pour in some rice wine and place the pork onto the dish. Ready to serve.

Mga Sangkap
230 gramo baboy ternderloin
40 gramo berdeng sili
40 gramo pulang sili
40 gramo tinadtad na sibuyas
1 pirasong kintsay
1 kutsaritang bawang

Panimpla
1 kutsarang belacan paste
1 kutsaritang pulbo ng manok
1/3 kutsaritang asin
1/3 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsarang bigas na alak

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hiwain ang baboy tenderloin ng ilang piraso. Tapos, ibabad sa asukal, asin at pulbo ng manok. Ihalo ang belacan sa mainit na tubig at itabi.
2.Iprito ang bawang sa mantika. Tapos, idagdag ang baboy at iluto hanggang 70 % na luto.
3.Igisa ang lahat na mga sili, sibuyas at belacan. Tapos, idagdag ang baboy. Buhusan ng kaunting alak na bigas at ilagay ang baboy sa plato at ihain .

Bahan
230 gr daging babi
40 gr paprika hijau
40 gr paprika merah
40 gr bawang bombai cincang
1 batang seledri
1sdt bawang putih

Bumbu-Bumbu
1 sdm belacan saus
1 sdt chicken powder
1/3 sdt garam
1/3 sdt gula
1 sdm rice wine (arak beras)

Cara Memasak
1.Potong daging babi. Kemudiang, bumbui dengan gula dan garam dan chicken powder biarkan hingga meresap. Rebus bela-can dengan ait panas dan sisijkan.
2.Goreng bawang bombai dengan minyak.Kemudian, tambahkan daging babi dan masak hingga matang 70 %.
3.Tumis semua paprika, Bawang bombai dan belacan. Kemudian masukkan daging babi. Tuang sedikit rice wine dan letakkan daging babi diatas piring.
