金華火腿蒸豆腐 – Steamed Beancurd with Jinhua Ham


材料
1張 新鮮荷葉
8片 金華火腿
8隻 熟蝦仁
8片 豆腐
1茶匙 芫茜
1茶匙 蔥粒

調味料
1/2杯 上湯
1茶匙 麻油
少許 鹽
少許 胡椒粉

做法
1.將鮮荷葉洗淨去葉背面硬莖,修剪好所需大小,放入開水鍋略燙,撈起抹乾水份
2.將荷葉背面朝上平鋪上蒸籠,然後將熟蝦仁、金華火腿、豆腐片相間排列好再蓋上籠,隔水蒸6至8分鐘取出
3.將上湯煮滾再加入調味料煮勻,用少許生粉水埋芡,淋上已蒸熟豆腐面上,即可供食

Ingredient
1 pc lotus leave
8 pcs Jinhua ham
8 pcs cooked shrimp
8 pcs beancurd
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped spring onion

Seasoning
1/2 cup stock
1 tsp sesame oil
Some salt
Some pepper

Cooking Method
1.Rinse the lotus leave and trim. Soak in hot water and remove. Absorb the water.
2.Place the lotus leave into the steam basket. Then, place 1piece of shrimp, 1 piece of beancurd. Repeat the procedure and steam fir 6-8 minutes.
3.Cook the stock with seasonings. Then, the sauce with cornstarch water. Pour into the beancurd and ready to serve.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang dahon ng lotus at gupitin. Ibabad sa mainit na tubig at alisin. Ipasipsip ang tubig.
2.Ilagay ang dahon ng lotus sa pasingawang basket. Tapos, ilagay ang isang pirasong hipon, isang pirasong hamong hinhua at isang pirasong tokwa. at pasingawan ng 6-8 minutos.
3.Lutuin ang mga panimpla. Tapos, ipalapot ang sarsa na may tubig ng arinang mais. Ibuhos sa tokwa at ihain.

Bahan
1 lembar d
aun lotus (daun teratai)
8 potong Jin-hua ham
8 ekor udang matang
8 potong tahu
1 sdt paterseli
1 sdt daun bawang potong lembut

Bumbu-Bumbu
1/2 gls kaldu
1 sdt minyak wijen
garam secukupnya
lada secukupnya

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci daun teratai dan potong. Rendam dalam air panas teratai kedalam kukusan.
2.letakkan daun teratai kedalam kukusan.Kemudian, letakkan 1 ekor udang, 1 potong ham dan 1 potong tahu. Ulangi prosedur ini dan kekus selama 6-8 menit.
3.rebus kaldu dengan bumbu. Kenyduab, kentalkan dengan larutan tepung sagu. Tuang diatas tahu dan siap untuk disajikan.
